精密光纤耦合系统研究

【摘要】 激光与光纤耦合以其独特的方式广泛应用于工业、医疗、探测、通信、军事等众多领域。将光纤耦合技术引入复眼阵列系统,用于信号接收和信号处理部分的连接,极大地增强了系统的灵活性与实用性。本文从光纤光学的基本理论出发,分析了激光与光纤耦合的方式,推导并计算了激光与光纤的耦合条件和各种耦合损耗,设计并加工了性能优良、稳定,机械误差较小的精密光纤耦合系统。实验中,采用刻痕拉断和冷却断裂相结合的方法对光纤端面进行处理,获得79%的耦合效率,实现了阵列光纤与列阵复眼接收系统的高效率、稳定耦合;使用Nd∶YAG激光器输出的1064nm激光作为光源,成功的进行了远场激光信号探测实验。

【Abstract】 The coupling of laser with fiber has been widely used in industry, medical, communications, military and many other fields with its unique approach. The technique of fiber coupling used in the compound eyes system for signal reception and processing part of the connection, greatly enhanced the flexibility and practicality of the system.In this paper, based on the theory of fiber optics, the ways of laser-fiber coupling were analysed, the laser-fiber coupling conditions and losses in many coupling methods were calculated and deduced, a precise fiber coupling system has been disigned and processed, which had smaller mechanical alignment and stabile performance. After that, the fiber end face was disposed by the method of nick-snap and cooling-cut, 79% coupling efficiency was obtained in the experiments. The coupling between the fiber array and optical compound eyes receiving system was high efficiency and more stable. At the same time, by using of Nd: YAG 1064nm laser as light source, the far-field laser signal detection experiments has been completed successfully.
