联合变换相关器的结构设计

【摘要】 随着电子成像器件和计算机技术的不断发展,光学相关探测器件由最初的匹配滤波器发展到今天的联合变换相关器。近年来,联合变换相关器发展较快,向着实时化、可编程的方向发展。它具有灵敏度高、设备简单、无损伤待测物体等诸多优点,在科研中得到了广泛的应用。然而,以往我们所使用的光电混合联合变换相关器体积较大、结构复杂,要将其运用到实战当中还有一段距离。本文通过对联合变换相关器小型化的设计,使其在军事领域有了新的应用前景。本文应用UG,AutoCAD等计算机辅助设计软件,对小型化联合变换相关器的零部件进行了结构设计,并通过对空间滤波器、准直扩束系统的调校,保证了其精度和稳定性,达到了小型化、轻量化的要求。在本次设计中,采用EALCD取代传统光学再现时全息图的存储介质,将EALCD准确复位到CCD记录全息图的位置,用原参考光照射进行再现,并对使用的关键器件及联合变换相关器的整体性能进行了检测,对影响相关峰的输出强度进行了分析,最终实现了小型化的目的。

【Abstract】 With the electronic imaging devices and the continuous development of computer technology, optical correlation detector matched filter from the initial development to today’s joint transformed correlator. In recent years, the joint transformed correlator rapid development towards real-time, programmable direction. It has high sensitivity, simple equipment, without damage, and many other advantages of an object under test, in the scientific research has been widely used. However, in the past we used opto-electronic hybrid joint transformed correlator larger, complex structure, to its application to the actual combat is still some distance from them. In this paper, the joint transformed correlator small design, so that in the military field has a new application prospects.In this paper, UG, AutoCAD and other computer-aided design software, for small joint transformed correlator parts were structural design, and through spatial filter, collimating beam expander system, adjusted to ensure its accuracy and stability, reached a small, lightweight requirements.In this design, to replace the traditional use of EALCD reproduced hologram optical storage media, will be reset to the CCD records EALCD accurately the location of a hologram with the original reference beam irradiation to reproduce, and the use of the key devices and joint transformed correlator The overall performance was tested on the impact of the output correlation peak intensity was analyzed, and ultimately the purpose of miniaturization.
