大型板类零件孔光电检测图像处理系统研究

【摘要】 本课题涉及光电检测领域,是一种利用非接触光电检测技术对大型板式工件的形位尺寸进行在线检测的装置。该装置由控制台、机械传动系统、光电检测系统、照明系统以及计算机数字图像处理系统组成。检测时,由控制台发出指令,控制光电检测系统沿导轨进行匀速直线运动,对被测大型板式工件进行非接触测量,照明系统随光电检测系统同步运动为其提供光源。通过数字图像处理技术对光电检测系统所采集的图像进行处理,利用自编程序测量出所需的形位尺寸并在计算机上实时的显示测量结果。

【Abstract】 This issue involves the electro-optical examination domain, This is one kind of installment which using the non-contact electro-optic examination technology to carry on the online examination to the large-scale board style work piece shape position size. This equipment was built by the control bench, the mechanical drive system, the electro-optical examination system, the lighting system and the computer digital image processing system . When examination, issues the instruction by the control bench, the control electro-optic examination system carries on the uniform rectilinear translation along the guide rail, it was measured that the large-scale board style work piece carries on the non-contact survey, the lighting system provides the photo source along with the electro-optical examination system synchronization movement for it. The image which gathers to the electro-optical examination system carries on processing through the digital image processing technology, usesd from arranges the shape position size which and on the computer the procedure surveys needs the real-time demonstration measurement result.
