谐波对开化电网的影响及其治理

【摘要】 由于电力电子技术的飞速发展,各种电力电子装置在电力系统、工业、交通及家庭中的应用日益广泛,谐波所造成的危害也日趋严重。近年来开化电网在本县“生态立县、特色兴县”战略的实施下,形成了以有机硅、硅电子、化工、医药、电光源、密胺制品为主体的工业体系,随之而来的是各类变频节能设备的广泛应用,使开化地区电网的谐波污染问题日趋严重。本文通过对电力系统中谐波产生的原因及抑制措施进行的研究和分析,根据目前电力系统谐波治理的法律法规规定以及谐波治理已经取得成效的先进经验,,对本电网中的谐波现状开展调查及研究,按照“源头抑制、全网控制”的原则提出了进行针对性的谐波治理办法和手段,即电网侧重在管理,在电网规划及网络谐波的监控上入手,加强电网运行时的实时控制;客户端着重谐波的抑制,针对谐波源进行治理,减少谐波对电网的影响。并作为电能质量管理小组主要成员,参与《开化县供电局电能质量监测、规划及治理》科技项目的开发和实践,特别是基于单晶炉的谐波测试与治理已显成效,使得开化电网内大部分谐波源客户的电能质量在谐波、闪变、电压三相不平衡度、电压偏差、频率偏差、过电压六个方面符合国标所规定的电能质量指标。最后,根据已经取得的谐波治理成果,进行了经验总结,并根据存在的问题提出了后续建议

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of power electronics, more and more power electronic equipments are used in power system, industry, transportation and so on, and the harmonic problem is increasingly serious. Recently, under the strategy of building the county on ecology and flourishing it with its characteristics, an industrial system with silicone, silicone electronics, chemical industry, medicine, electric light source and melamine products as main part is formed, followed by the widely used of all kinds of frequency converter, which leads to the harmonic problem that is becoming increasingly serious.In this paper, the causes of harmonic in power system and its restraining measures are studied and analyzed. Based on the regulations of harmonic suppression and its advanced experience, methods with pertinence are presented to suppress harmonic according to the principle of source suppression and full-network control. The real-time control of the power grid should be enhanced, started with power grid planning and harmonic monitoring. Also, harmonic sources on client side should be suppressed in order to reduce its influence to the power grid. As a main member of power quality management team, participate in development and practice of "power quality monitoring, planning and suppression of Kaihua Power Corporation" project. especially, the measurement and suppression base on single crystal furnace has achieved very good results. most harmonic source clients of Kaihua grid has met power quality national standards in six aspects of harmonic, flicker, tri-phase unbalance factor, voltage deviation, frequency deviation, overvoltage.At last, experience summary is concluded according to the achievements of harmonic suppression, and suggestion is made according to the existing problems.
