【摘要】 电源规划与电网规划的协调困难、国家土地与环保政策、物权法和城乡规划法的颁布和实施、极端天气(雪灾、地震)以及建设一流供电企业对坚强网架和经济效益的兼顾要求等种种因素,都将对电网规划产生深远的影响,有必要仔细进行研究。此外,具体对萧山区域来说,随着浙江省推进城市化战略决策的提出,以及杭州大都市空间结构的重构,萧山区对电力的需求量、供电质量和安全可靠性都提出了更多更高要求,为把萧山电网建设成一个各级电网容量充裕,接线合理、技术装备先进、自动化程度高、调度灵活、运行安全可靠、经济技术指标先进和满足社会经济发展需要的城市电网,保证萧山经济的持续稳定发展,保证各项电力建设计划的落实,需要进行对萧山区电网规划的研究。本论文在分析萧山区实际情况的基础上,通过对当前国内外电网规划领域的学习和研究,采用了合适的负荷预测和网架规划方法,对萧山电网和萧山城市规划进行了深入分析和探讨,编制了《杭州市萧山区电力专项规划》,并对该专项规划进行了定量评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Power planning loss synchronism with the grid planning; country policy of environmental protection and land, law of the city planning and property law extreme weather, balance of the reliability and economic for power supply enterprise should be deeply affect on the gird planning, it is necessary to research carefully.Especially for Xiaoshan section, according to the urbanization decision of the Zhejiang province and Hangzhou city’s region planning, more and higher request was advanced to the power system of load demand, electrical quality and safe reliability.Need to research on the Xiaoshan section grid planning to construct a city grid which has plenty of each voltage level capacity, logical network frame, advance equipment, highly automated, flexibility dispatch, function safe reliability, better technical economical index, and can satisfy the development of the local economic and social.On the basis of the local practical situation, according studied the present grid planning theory and experience of home and abroad, this paper adopted appropriate way of the load forecasting and network frame planning, to analyse and evaluate the gird planning, and finally complete the scheme.更多还原
