水溶性β-环糊精聚合物与显色剂包结物的制备及其与重金属离子显色反应的研究

【摘要】 日益严重的环境污染时刻在危害着人类的生活质量及身体健康。重金属的污染已经成为环境污染的重要组成部分。三氮烯类试剂是一类广泛应用于汞,镉等重金属离子光度法分析的有机试剂,具有灵敏度高、选择性好和易合成等优点,同时也存在水溶性较低的缺点。基于此,本文以邻氨基苯磺酸和对氨基偶氮苯为原料合成了新显色剂2,4-二磺酸基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称DSDAA)以及水溶性β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDP)在水相中代替表面活性剂与1,3-二-(4-硝基苯基)-三氮烯(DNPT)形成的包结物,并将它们应用到与金属离子的显色当中,测定了一些影响因素。实验结果表明,DSDAA在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100、碱性介质以及允许量干扰离子存在下,与镉离子进行选择性络合,形成2:1的红色络合物,在530nm有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.25×105L·mol-1·cm-1,镉含量在0.06-11μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,在联合掩蔽剂1%NaF-硫脲-柠檬酸钠下,测定环境水样和工业废水中微量镉。β-CDP-DNPT对汞及银离子有显著的显色效果。β-CDP包结DNPT后,具有增溶增敏效果,同时增强选择性,使干扰离子Cu(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)等允许量提高5-500倍。该法应用于钮扣电池及国家标样样品中汞的测定。

【Abstract】 Environment pollution had harmed people’s daily life and body health.The heavy metal pollution became the very important part of Environment pollution. Triazene reagent was an excellent organic reagent which was applied into spectrometry analysis of heavy metal ions such as Mercury and Cadmium,had the high selectivity and sensitivity and synthesized easily.Meanwhile it had the characteristic of weak solubility in water.So in this paper,a new chromogenic reagent 2,4-Disulfobenzyldiazoaminobenzene(DSDAA) which was synthesized by 2-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and 4-(phenyldiazenyl)aniline and An inclusion complexβ-CDP-DNPT which was prepared by water insolubleβ-cyclodextrin polymerβ-CDP and 1,3-Di-(4-nitrophenyl)-triazene(DNPT) was applied into determination of trace heavy metal ions.Some factors were investigated.The experiment results showed that in the presence of non-ion surfactant Triton X-100,basic aqueous and tolerance limit of interference,2,4-DisulfobenzylDiazo-amino -benzene(DSDAA) was complexed with Cadmium(Ⅱ) selectively as a red complex whichgave a strong peak at 530nm.The apparent molar absorptive efficient was 2.25×105L·mol-1·cm-1.The Beer’s Law was obeyed in the range of 0.06-11μg/25mL of Cadmium(Ⅱ).With the union masks 1%NaF-thiourea-sodium lemonic acid,the chromogenic system was applied into the samples of the environmental water and the industrial waste water.Inclusion complexβ-CDP-DNPT as a verygood chromogenetic reagent for mercury(Ⅱ) and silver(Ⅰ) instead of surfactants.Compared with aqueous solution,the results showed thatβ-CDP could strengthen DNPT solutability and sensitivity in water.Even it ameliorated the selectivity.The tolerance limit of interference such as Cu(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ) was raised 5-500 times.The method was applied into the determination of trace mercury in button battery and the state standard sample.
