【摘要】 随着全国公安自动化信息网络的建成,各级公安机关也相继建成了各自的局域网,传统的纸页式、抄送式、传阅式的办公模式正在逐渐被取代,资源共享逐步实现,机关办公效率大大增强。但是在警用装备库的管理方面,还没能实现能够利用网络系统实行自动化管理。各单位管理方法与模式纷繁复杂,没有一套规范的制式的管理系统,造成了资源浪费,办公效率低下,已不能适应未来信息化建设和执行任务的需要,使信息化时代的网络未能有效地发挥效能。本文对整个系统功能模块及数据库进行需求分析,提出了一套基于Delphi的警用装备信息管理系统,集出库、入库、财会统计为一体的多功能、通用化信息管理系统的设计与实现方法,并详细阐述了开发过程中几个关键技术的设计实现方法,如Delphi中实现三层C/S数据库应用系统的方法、用DELPHI实现数据访问等,本系统在设计时注重系统的实用性,在关注数据安全性及数据表单规范化设计要求的同时,特别注重了数据录入界面的录入便利性设计,提供了一套高效的警用装备数据录入解决方案。系统实现上采用三层客户/服务器模式,三层客户服务器结构将系统的表示逻辑、业务逻辑和数据逻辑分开,从而使系统具有良好的性能和安全性。系统后台数据库采用SQL Server2000,Delphi作为前台应用开发工具,中间层与数据库采用ODBC连接。本系统的实现为单位部门提供了一套高效、通用的门市销售、财会统计及物资基础信息管理为一体综合化的管理平台,提高了部门管理警用装备数据的效率,具有广泛的实际应用前景。更多还原
