大学生权益诉求满意度研究

A Study on University Students’ Satisfaction with Their Demands for Rights and Interest

【摘要】 大学生权益诉求满意度是衡量大学生合法权益是否得到实现的重要指标。关注大学生权益诉求满意度是保障大学生权益的重要依据,是构建和谐校园的重要内容。以大学生为视角,研究大学生权益诉求的满意度,为我们研究大学生权益问题开辟了一个新的窗口。从高等学校与大学生的法律关系入手阐述大学生权益诉求的法理基础,通过对大学生权益诉求主体、客体、环境和内容的分析明晰大学生权益的构成因素,同时,人需要满足与追求全面发展、认知与期望为大学生权益诉求满意度研究提供了理论依据。通过问卷调查和访谈,对1001份有效的《大学生权益诉求满意度研究问卷》进行分析研究,对数据结果进行信度检验,KMO检验和Bartlett球体检验,因子分析,T检验,方差分析,线性回归分析和重要性-绩效分析(IPA),结果发现:第一,问卷信、效度较好;第二、受调查者普遍的期望水平高于实际绩效水平,总体满意度水平一般(3.34);第三,对大学生权益诉求总满意度有决定作用的因素是知情权、诉求客体综合素质、陈述权和就业权;第四,个体诉求效果弱,诉求客体民主意识弱,诉求环境氛围不浓厚,重实体权利,轻程序权利。根据研究结果,作者认为:加快教育立法步伐,完善教育程序立法;加大宣传力度,打造依法治校环境;整合个体和集体诉求力量,挖掘权益代言人潜力;确保学生的主体性地位,搭建学生诉求平台;建立健全学校部门制度,强化诉求联结监督功能。

【Abstract】 University students’satisfaction with their demands for rights and interest is an important indicator of whether the students’legitimate rights and interests are realized or not. And the concerns about it are the main basis to safeguard the students’ rights and interests as well as an important part in the process of constructing a harmonious campus. Therefore, this paper is of great research significance. Taking the university students as example, the study on their satisfaction with demands for rights and interests initiates a new perspective of the studies of this kind.This paper explains the basic theories of the university students’ demands for rights and interest from the legal relationship between colleges and universities and their students. Through the analysis of the subject, object, environment and content of the students’right and interest demands, this paper makes clear the constituent element of university students’rights. Meanwhile, human desire to be satisfied, the pursuit for full development, acknowledgement, and expectation provides the theoretical basis for the studies on the students’ demand satisfaction degree with their rights and interest.This paper carries out a study via Questionnaires and interviews and analyzes 1001 copies of valid "Questionnaire of university students Satisfaction with their right and interest demands". and carries out identity test, KMO test, Bartlett test of sphericity, factor analysis, T test, analysis of variance, linear regression analysis and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the resulting data, mainly based on the method of questionnaire survey with interviewing method as a supplement. Results tell that:first, the questionnaire is of a quite good reliability and validity: secondly, the level of expectation of those surveyed is generally higher than the actual level of performance, and the overall satisfaction level is at large(3.34): thirdly, the decisive factors of the overall satisfaction of the university students with their demands for rights and interests are the right of information, the overall quality of the object of demand, and statement and employment rights:fourthly, the individual effects of demands, the democratic awareness of the objects of demands and the demand atmosphere are not strong, with the substantive rights stressed and the procedural rights neglected.According to the findings, the writer thinks that to accelerate the pace of educational legislation so as to improve the legislation of educational process:to intensify publicity to build a school environment controlled according to the law:to integrate individual and collective power of demand, thus developing the potential of rights advocators:to ensure the subjectival position of students and build a student demand platform:to bring the demands’supervisory role into play, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the students’demand
