【摘要】 改革开放30年来,我国的民营企业取得了令世人瞩目的成就。然而在成绩的背后,我国民营企业的成长也面临着很多困难和问题。发展速度减缓和成长质量不高等现象已经出现。这主要是因为目前无论是民营企业内部还是外部均存在着各种各样的因素制约了企业的健康成长。因此,找到我国民营企业持续成长中各阶段所面临的问题,提出促进我国民营企业持续成长的措施和对策,是我国民营企业能够持续健康发展的关键。本论文以案例的形式全面介绍了小型民营企业东升公司从“孕育阶段”、“求生存阶段”、“成长阶段”最后到“竞争阶段”所走过的历程,介绍了企业当前所面临的外部形势和企业内部存在的问题。在案例分析部分,运用现代管理理论如PEST模型、企业生命周期理论和企业成长理论全面分析了东升公司在成长过程中内部组织结构、人力资源、管理制度和营销策略存在的问题以及下游厂商增强纵向一体化、国家节能减排政策、地域经济不发达等外部环境变化对企业带来的影响,指导东升公司发展战略,提出正确的建议促进公司更进一步健康成长、发展壮大。同时通过东升公司成长案例,总结提炼出企业成长的一般方法以供其它同类企业参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s private enterprises after nearly 30 years of development, the world has made eye-catching achievements. However, the growth of China’s private enterprises are faced with various difficulties and problems in the growth of private enterprises slowed down growth and higher quality of the phenomenon has occurred.
