【摘要】 21世纪,伴随着知识经济时代的到来,经济、科技和教育的国际化进程加快,科技经济一体化成为时代发展的主流,知识对经济增长的影响也日益增大。产学研结合技术创新能有效配置科技资源,促进经济发展,提升我国自主创新能力,创建国家竞争优势。国家创新体系的核心是知识创新和技术创新,产学研结合正是知识创新和技术创新的主要途径和必然发展方向,是加速科技与经济快速发展的有效途径,这已经成为世界各国的共识。本文在认真研究了国内外关于产学研结合相关问题的基础上,针对我国区域产学研结合技术创新的现状,运用DEA的方法,对各区域产学研结合技术创新的效率进行评价和分析,旨在促进产学研结合技术创新面向区域发展,提高产学研各方合作的经济效益和社会效益,减少资源浪费,从而促进区域经济的发展。本文首先通过大量的文献综述和理论探讨,深入研究了与论文相关的理论基础,包括区域创新体系理论、产学研结合技术创新的概念、动因与障碍和协作理论,形成了论文的理论研究框架。然后,本文系统地分析了产学研结合技术创新的模式及特点,紧紧围绕区域产学研结合技术创新评价的目的和原则,建立了一套科学、简洁的评价指标体系,从产学研合作创新的投入和产出两方面选取评价指标,并利用DEA的有关理论和方法建立了具体的评价模型,对现阶段我国区域产学研结合技术创新的效率进行了实证评价,比较了各区域间的差异。最后,本文通过对区域产学研结合技术创新的实证分析,客观总结了现阶段我国区域产学研结合技术创新过程中存在的问题,并根据实证研究过程中发现的问题,提出了相应的对策措施,提高区域产学研合作创新资源的共享程度与使用效率,进而促进区域经济的增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the internationalization of economy, technology and education all grow speedily, meanwhile, the integration of science, technology and economy has become the mainstream in this era, the knowledge also day by day increases to economic growth’s influence. Cooperation innovation among industry, university and research is able to dispose the technical resources effectively, promote economic development and our country independent innovation ability, it can also establish the country competitive advantage. The country innovation system’s core is the knowledge innovation and the technological innovation, the union among industry, university and research is precisely main way and inevitably the development direction of the knowledge innovation and the technological innovation, it is the efficient path of accelerating the development of technical and the economical. This already became various countries the mutual recognition.This article was studying earnestly domestic and foreign about union in industry-university-research related question, produced in view of the present situation of our country regional collaborating innovation among industry, university and research, utilized the method of DEA, produced the efficiency to various regional collaborating technological innovation among industry, university and research to carry on the appraisal and the analysis, was for the purpose of promoting to produce study grinds the union technological innovation face the area development, enhanced industry-university-research all quarters cooperation the economic efficiency and the social efficiency, reduced the resources waste, thus promoted the regional economies development.Firstly, through the massive literature summary and the theory discussion, the deeply research with the paper correlation theories foundation, including the regional innovation systems theory, the concept, the agent and the barrier of collaborating technological innovation among industry, university and research and the cooperation theory, have formed the paper fundamental research frame.Then, this article analyzed systematically the pattern and the characteristic of collaborating technological innovation among industry, university and research, closely regarding the goal and the principle of the appraisal of the regional technological innovation union in industry-university-research, has established a set of science and succinct evaluating indicator system, from two aspects of the investment and delivers to select the evaluating indicator, and has established the concrete evaluation model using the DEA related theory and the method, produced to the efficiency of the present stage our country regional industry-university-research union technological innovation to carry on the real diagnosis appraisal, and compared with each regional difference.Finally, this article through the empirical analysis, objectively summarized the question which in our country regional industry-university-research union technological innovation process existed in present stage, and the questions which discovered according to the empirical study process, proposed the corresponding countermeasure measure, enhanced the sharing degree and the use efficiency of the regional industry-university-research cooperation innovation resources, then promoted the growth of the regional economy.更多还原
