多功能测控系统的研究

【摘要】 本文对多功能测控系统进行了研究和设计。本测控系统能够对水进行恒温控制、对液位和压力进行监测,并能对当前所测得的值进行实时显示。本系统按照标准工业现场要求进行设计和制作,是一套适合高校实验教学的测控装置。该装置可以作为测控仪表等课程的实验装置,具有成本低等优点。系统以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,将温度传感器检测到的水温信号转换成电压信号,经A/D转换器转换成数字信号送入单片机中,并与设定值进行比较得到输出控制量,对执行机构进行有效控制;压力及液位的检测则是将数据采集到单片机中进行处理,并将测量值送到人机界面进行显示。配电柜按照散热、电气间隙、绝缘等规范进行设计。装置预留了学生拓展创新的能力设计空间,并具有友好的的实验操作界面。经过系统整体调试及仿真验证了系统具有响应速度快,对不同的温度适应性强、稳定性好等特点,符合系统的设计要求。该系统还可以培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the research and the design of a multi-purpose monitoring and control system. The system can carry on monitoring and control of water, monitoring of liquid level and pressure, and the real time display all values that it obtains. The system is designed and produced according to the standard requirements of industry scene, and it is a set of monitoring and control appliance which can be used in the experimental teaching in university. It can be used as experimental appliance in the course of monitoring and control instrument, and has the merits such as the low cost and so on.The system takes single chip microcomputer AT89S52 as the control core, and the temperature sensor detects the water temperature signal to transform into the voltage signal, which is converted by A/D converter to digital signals transferred into the single chip microcomputer, and the signals would be compared with the setting value to obtain the output control amount, which can acts on the effective control of the implementing part; The pressure and the fluid level data that obtains are transferred into the single chip microcomputer to process, and would be delivered to the man-machine contact surface to demonstrate. The power distribution cabinet is designed according to the cooling, electrical clearance, insulation and other design specifications. The appliance sets aside the space for students to expand the capacity of innovation and design, and has the friendly contact surface of experiment operation.After whole debugging and simulation of the system, it is verified that the system has quick response speed, strong adaptability to different temperatures, and good stability etc, which conforms to the system design requirements. This system also may raise student’s practice ability and innovation ability.
