船体车间通风系统设计方法的研究

【摘要】 船厂船体车间的通风问题是困扰很多老船厂的一大技术难题,生产流程复杂,工人操作环境恶劣,通风改造工程周期较长,且对生产有一定影响。随着经济的发展和企业员工自我保护及环保意识的增强,通风改造设计方法的研究是具有很大工程意义的。本文利用规范及流场仿真通用软件CFX,提出了一套适用于船厂通风改造的设计方法。主要工作如下:研究通风设计的规律,探讨通风仿真设计的工程基础,依据现行通风设计的规范及室内外环境标准,提出了船厂船体车间通风改造的总体设计方案,确定改造区域,污染物含量及排放标准,通风系统的气流组织形式;依照通风总体设计方案、工厂的实际生产状况及各类干扰因素的大小,通过仿真软件分析的结果,确定最佳的通风改造设计方案。确保了通风改造工程的实际使用效果达到总体方案设计要求。经过CFX总体设计仿真演示,使通风改造效果具有可预见性;依照最佳通风改造设计方案,根据现场的安装条件,确定设备的安装位置,通过仿真软件,建立安装仿真模型,确定最终安装方案;确保通风系统改造符合船体车间的安装条件,同时保证改造工程不影响车间的生产需求;依照最终安装方案,将通风设计中的非标组件,进行标准化处理。提出组件加工流程,提高系统组件的通用性和可重复利用性,提高通风工程改造的施工效率。

【Abstract】 It is an important and complex problem to improve the ventilation system of ship-hull workshop in many old shipyards. The producing process is complicated; working environment is terrible, engineering period of ventilation alteration is a little long and will have influences on producing. With the development of economic and the enhancing of consciousness of the company workers protecting themselves and environment, the study on the design methods of ventilation alteration will have great significance on engineering field.According to some rules and commercial fluid simulation software CFX, a design method to the ventilation transformation for ship-hull workshop is studied in this paper. Works of this paper in concrete terms are mainly as follows.The law of ventilation design and simulation design are discussed. The preliminary design is to provide to reconstruction project of shipyard hull workshop according to norms and environmental requirements. And the regional of transformation, Levels of pollutants and air forms are identified.Specific designs are determined on the basis of simulation analysis of actual conditions and fix system forms, air volume size, energy consumption targets and equip the layout. Used simulation shows, the effect of ventilation transformation is foreseeable.According to Specific designs and actual conditions in shipyard, the indicators installation of the equipment is got. The establishment of simulation model of the installation and the installation program are given. It needs to be determined that installation would not affect the production. In accordance with the best installed program, standardized processing of installed components will be done. Versatility and repeatability will be improved.
