哈尔滨工程大学教师岗位设置研究

【摘要】 人力资源是高等学校发展的灵魂,而高校教师作为高校人力资源的主体,是高校教学和科研的核心竞争力,是高校办学水平和质量的象征。当前高校面临着教育市场的激烈竞争,为了在竞争中立于不败之地,就要进行人力资源管理的改革,提高师资队伍建设的水平。通过对国内外有关的学术刊物、网站和学术会议的论文集进行分析,目前在人力资源管理研究中,主要运用了管理学和行为科学的观点。作者现在高校人事部门工作,在实际工作中特别是在师资队伍建设和管理工作中,遇到了一些问题,存有一些困惑,因此希望在对高校人力资源管理特别是教师岗位设置现状进行分析的基础上,试着对高校教师岗位设置中的一些问题进行分析研究,为建立有效的高校人力资源管理制度进行初步的探索。本文首先介绍人力资源、薪酬及激励的相关理论,再此基础上分析了哈尔滨工程大学教师岗位设置的现实状况,现阶段哈尔滨工程教师岗位设置的标准。构建了哈尔滨工程大学教师岗位设置系统,该系统分为:职务分系统、工作量分系统、工资制度分系统、流动机制分系统。并用层次分析法对教师岗位设置进行评价。并对职务分系统、工作量分系统、工资制度分系统、流动机制分系统,这四个分系统提出自己一些完善建议,同时该研究的结果相关高校有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The development of human resources is the soul of higher education, and university teachers of human resources as the main body of colleges and universities, higher education and scientific research is the core competitiveness is the level and quality of university symbol. The current education market, colleges and universities are faced with fierce competition, in order to remain invincible in the competition, it is necessary to carry out human resources management reforms to improve the level of the building of the ranks of teachers. Author of the work of the personnel departments of colleges and universities now, in practical work, especially in the construction and management of faculty work, encountered some problems, there is some confusion, so I hope in the human resources management in colleges and universities in particular the positions of teachers set up the basis of analyzing the status quo on the status of teachers in colleges and universities try to set some of the issues that the shallow analysis of colleges and universities for the establishment of an effective human resources management system to conduct a preliminary exploration of the theory.This paper first introduces the human resources, remuneration and incentive theory, and then based on an analysis of the Harbin Engineering University teachers set up the reality of the situation of posts, at this stage, Harbin Engineering jobs set the standard of teachers. And AHP to evaluate teachers on the build. Subsystems and functions, the workload of subsystems, the wage system, subsystem, subsystems flow mechanism, the four subsystems comprehensive proposal put forward their own, At the same time, the results of the study related to colleges and universities have a certain reference.
