嵌入式电能计量装置运行状态智能分析系统

【摘要】 电能计量装置的技术管理是一项国家十分重视的管理工作。其中如何在线测量互感器的接线正确性以及识别互感器二次端子与电能表之间连接正确性、计算退补电量是处于核心地位的课题。对电能计量装置的检查,电力部门一般采用电能表现场校验仪、相序表、电流表、电压表测量出必需的电参量,再人工分析得出错误结果,即费时又费力,还容易出错。目前一些现场校验仪具有少量错误接线判断的功能,对于电能计量装置运行状态检测工作来说是远远不够的。针对电能计量装置故障检测的困难,论文设计了一种基于S3C2410A(三星公司生产ARM9处理芯片)的电能计量装置运行状态智能分析系统,阐述了该系统的功能特点、设计原理。该系统可以方便地实现对电能计量装置各种错误接线类型的识别,并建立错误类型数学模型,计算更正系数及退补电量,还可以将信息发送到网上进行综合管理。本文详细的分析了电能计量装置运行状态智能分析系统相关的理论及实现过程,论文主要工作包括:(1)查阅相关文献,了解电能计量装置异常分析和嵌入式系统的研究现状,并对本课题进行需求分析和可行性分析。(2)制定系统总体设计方案。根据电能计量装置相关分析原理,将系统分为三部分:测量部分、分析系统、输出部分。测量部分采用专用计量芯片完成数据的采集,采集数据通过SPI总线传送给分析系统;分析系统由嵌入式系统完成,嵌入式系统移植WINCE操作系统后为应用程序提供了可靠的硬件平台;系统输出可以通过嵌入式系统自带的LCD显示,也可以通过微型打印机打印,还可以通过网口、串口等同计算机和互联网进行通信。(3)系统硬件电路设计。包括硬件芯片的选型,电路原理图的设计,PCB板的设计及定做,实物安装并进行硬件测试。(4)系统软件程序设计。包括定制并移植WINCE操作系统到硬件平台,并在此操作系统环境下设计数据采集和故障分析计算程序。本文中软件设计的主要工作是进行操作系统的定制和驱动程序的设计。(5)对全文进行总结。指出了本设计存在的问题和下一步的工作。系统的设计及应用将有助于加强对电能计量装置的管理,减轻电能计量人员的工作负担、提高电能计量的工作效率、推动电能计量工作的现代化进程。

【Abstract】 Electric Energy metering device technology management is a country attaches great importance to the management work. One of how to online measure the wiring correctness of transformer and to identify the connect correctness between the second transformer terminal and the electric energy meter as well as to calculate the compensating electric quantity are at the core of the issue. On electric energy metering device inspection, the power sector generally use the energy meter field calibrator, phase sequence meter, ammeter, voltmeter to measure necessary electric parameters, and then obtain the artificial analysis result, that is time-consuming and laborious, but also prone to error. At present, some of the field calibrator has little incorrect connection judging function, for the electric energy metering devices running state detection work is far from sufficient. In view of the difficulty of electrical energy metering device failure detection, this paper designs a kind of electrical energy metering device running status intelligence analysis system based on S3C2410(ARM9 processor chip producted by Samsung company), as well as the system’s function characteristics and design principles. This system can easily realize identification of various incorrect connection types on the electrical energy metering device, at the same time, established the wrong type mathematical model, to compute the correction coefficient and compensating electric quantity, and then posted messages on the Internet for integrated management.This paper detailed introduces the related theory and implementation process of the electric energy metering devices running status intelligent analysis system. The main work of this paper includes:(1) Consult relevant literatures, to understand research status of abnormal analysis about energy metering device and embedded system, moreover, to make requirement analysis and feasibility analysis for this project.(2) Formulate the overall design scheme for this system. According to the relevant analysis principle of electrical energy metering device, the system is divided into three parts: measurement section, analysis system, output part. Measurement section adopts special measuring chip to finish data acquisition, and data transmitted through SPI bus to the analysis system; Analysis system completed by the embedded system, after transplantation WINCE operating system, embedded system provides a reliable hardware platform for application; The system output can be display through its own LCD of embedded system, print through the miniature printers, and communicate with computers and the Internet through network port and serial port.(3) The system hardware circuit design. Including selection of hardware chips, circuit schematic design, PCB board design and custom-made, physical hardware to install and test.(4) The system software program design. Including customized WINCE operation system and transplant to hardware platform, and design data collection and malfunction analysis calculation program in the operating system environment. In this paper, the main work of the software design is the customization of operating system and the driver design.(5) Summarize this paper. Point out that the problems existing in the design and the next work.System put into operation will help to strengthen the management of electric energy metering devices, reducing electric energy metering inspectors work burden, improving the work efficiency and promoting the modernization process of electric energy metering.
