基于ADS的长大隧道监控系统

【摘要】 公路隧道监控系统是保证隧道内车辆运营安全和提高其运营效率的关键。高效可靠的隧道监控系统能够使隧道中各种机电设备最大限度地发挥作用,同时也使运营条件恶劣的隧道内的服务水平与整个高速公路的其它路段相适应。本文以某5.6千米特长公路隧道监控系统的改造设计为背景,深入分析了原隧道监控系统的功能及其实现方式。原监控系统主要由隧道自动控制系统(包括交通诱导、照明控制、通风控制和消防安全)、视频监控系统、紧急电话及广播系统和火灾报警系统等四个不同的系统构成。在对原监控系统的功能进行分析和研究的基础上,本文将自律分散系统(Autonomous Decentralized System, ADS)引入隧道监控系统中,建立了基于自律分散系统的隧道监控系统网络模型及通信模型,根据此模型提出了新的解决方案。在隧道内建立千兆环形光纤以太网,并按照地域将隧道监控系统划分为十七个区域监控子系统(包括监控中心)。隧道内十六个区域监控子系统分别配置区域控制器(PLC)、视频服务器、音频服务器、串口服务及以太网交换机,实现了系统功能的多网合一。本文重点设计了隧道自律分散控制系统,该系统的下位机采用横河电机FA-M3系列可编程控制器,实现通风控制、照明控制、交通诱导及消防安全控制。通信模块采用支持自律分散协议的横河电机F3NX01-0N模块。隧道自律分散控制系统上位机采用iFIX 4.0组态软件进行监控界面设计。iFIX 4.0通过DDE驱动与VB程序建立连接,并通过VB程序实现与下位机的通讯。本文对该方案的实施作了大量的试验工作,充分证明了该方案是正确可行的。该方案也为隧道监控系统的研究和应用提供了新的控制思维和控制策略,具有一定的理论和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Highway tunnel monitoring & controlling system is the key to guarantee safety and efficiency for running vehicles in tunnel. An efficient and reliable tunnel monitoring & controlling system cannot only make all mechanical and electric equipments in full function but also make the overall quality of service inside the serious tunnel environment to be consistent with the whole highway.Motivated by the design requirements of one tunnel with 5.6km.This paper investigates and analyzes the functions of highway tunnel monitoring & controlling system in details. the tunnel monitoring & controlling system is constituted by tunnel automatic control system (including traffic guiding subsystem,light control subsystem, ventilation subsystem and fire-fighting subsystem ), video monitoring system, emergency-phone/broadcast system and fire alarm system.On the base of the original system, the paper deeply analyses and researches all functions of the system of monitoring highway tunnel, finally advances a scheme which based on ADS(Autonomous Decentralized System). According to the scheme, both network module and communication Modules are established, further, one solution is brought into effect.In the scheme, the overall system includes 17 subsystem (include monitor center). Other sixteen area monitor subsystem include area controllers、video server、audio server、serial port server, and so on. These devices are connected to Ethernet network which’s bandwidth is 1000M Switch machine. Thus this would achieve four different systems integrate into one network.This paper focused on the design of the tunnel ADS control system. The nuclear device in the spot is FA-M3 series PLC produced by Yokogawa. All the functions are realized by the PLC. The communication module is F3NX01-0N module produced by YOKOGAWA which supports ADS protocol.The upper-computer software’s monitor interface adopts iFIX4.0 connected to VB6.0 software by DDE driver. Further, communication of both local devices and VB6.0 software is established.In the paper, lots of experiment is done in order to verify the system’s credibility and feasibility. According to these experiments, a conclusion is educed that testifies the scheme is feasible and right. The scheme will also provide new thought and tactic for research of system of monitoring highway tunnel. So the scheme has both theory worth and practice worth.
