化学科职前教师教育课程设置改革研究

【摘要】 本文主要涉及化学科职前教师教育的理论、课程设置现状、中国化学科职前教师教育课程设置的改革策略等三个问题。一是化学科职前教师教育的理论问题。职前教师教育首先是高等教育,是主要为基础教育培养师资的教育活动。这是职前教师教育的特点,也是笔者探讨化学科职前教师教育理论的立足点。因此,有关高等教育、化学教育、课程设置以及教学方法的理论便成为研究化学科职前教师教育的理论基础。二是化学科职前教师教育课程设置的现状问题。目前各个国家的化学科教师的培养计划可谓是“百花齐放”,呈现多元化的发展趋势。因此,梳理、分析高等教育中的化学专业教育以及化学科职前教师教育的课程设置的发展历史,比较当今各个国家在化学科职前教师教育课程设置方面的异同,总结经验,取长补短,对于推动中国化学科职前教师教育的课程设置改革,从而促进中国职前教师教育的发展是尤为有益的。三是中国化学科职前教师教育课程设置的改革策略问题。在提倡教师教育模式多元化的同时,考虑到我国的具体相情况,以四年制为主的中国职前教师教育的课程设置应是我们改革的主要方面。一个可能的化学科职前教师教育的课程设置框架应该是这样的:以通识教育为办学理念,以促进学生学会学习为核心,通过基于探究的教学,在实践中为未来教师奠定坚实的学科与教育专业基础,并且使毕业生深厚的传统文化素养成为职前教师教育的一大特色。

【Abstract】 This thesis mainly explores three issues in initial teacher education of college students majoring in Chemistry:1) theory of initial teacher education 2) curriculum design of initial teacher education 3) reform strategy of the curriculum design. The first issue is the theory of initial teacher education for chemistry teaching. Pre-teaching education is first and foremost a higher education, which is the characteristic and foundation of initial teacher education theory. Therefore, the theories of higher education, chemistry education, curriculum design, and teaching methodology become the foundation theory for research on initial teacher education.The second issue is the current status of curriculum design of chemistry initial teacher education. Worldwide, different countries take different approach toward the training and education of chemistry teachers. Consequently, it would benefit the reform of curriculum design and promote the development of initial teacher education in China if we could analyze the development history of curriculum design and compare the curriculum design of different countries, with an aim to learn from their experiences.The third issue is the reform strategy of curriculum design for China’s chemistry initial teacher education. We encourage variety in teacher education model, but the curriculum design for the four-year initial teacher education remains the most important aspect of our reform efforts in China. One plausible curriculum design frame is like this:make general education the teaching principle and promotion of students’ability to learn the core belief, combine with research oriented teaching to build a solid subject and teaching foundation through practice, and cultivate in students a solid knowledge and appreciation of Chinese traditional culture.
