中等卫生学校学生语文学习动机研究

【摘要】 中等卫生学校的教育目标是培养医疗一线工作的初、中级医学实用技术人才,语文课是中等卫校各类专业学生必修的主要文化基础课。语文学习对于提高学生的科学文化素质、思想政治素质和人文素质及塑造健康人格有着重要的作用,同时是学生学好医学知识的重要前提条件,为学生形成综合职业能力、创业能力、终身学习能力都具有不可替代的作用。但中等卫生学校学生语文学习的现状却不容乐观,许多学生不重视语文学习,对语文课漫不经心,缺乏热情,语文素养和语文能力也比较低下。造成这种状况的原因很多,笔者认为,学生的语文学习动机不足是其中重要原因之一。动机是指引起个体活动,维持已引起的活动,并导使该一活动朝向某一目标的内在历程,是行为的内在心理原因。论文针对中等卫生学校学生语文学习的现状,从心理学角度出发,抓住影响学生学习的根本因素——学习动机,探究中等卫生学校学生的语文学习动机,从而来提升人们对中等卫生学校语文学科教学的重视程度。并通过激发和培养学生学习语文动机,来改善语文学习成效问题。论文阐述了中等卫生学校语文学科教学的重要地位,认为语文教学对中等卫生学校学生具有德育功能、美育功能、心理健康教育功能,还能对卫生专业的学习起到基础作用和指导作用。论文引入学习动机理论,通过对经典学习动机理论的分析,为探讨激发和维持学生语文学习动机问题提供理论支持。论文以红河州卫生学校为例,通过问卷调查对学生语文学习动机进行了综合分析。论文认为家庭环境、同伴群体、教师因素、学生主观因素方面对学生语文学习动机有一定的影响。论文把教育心理学中相关动机理论与语文教学实践进行整合,结合语文学科工具性和人文性的特点,探讨了一些激发与维持学生语文学习动机的思路,提出了从语文教学方法入手,在内在、外在动机中激发与维持学生语文学习动机的措施,从而达到提高中等卫生学校语文教学的效率,提升学生的语文素养和学业成绩的目的。

【Abstract】 Middle school health education aims to nurture the work of the early first-line health care, secondary and technical personnel practical medicine, language classes are all types of secondary school students a compulsory basic course of primary culture. Language learning to improve the quality of students the scientific and cultural, ideological and political quality and human health quality and shape play an important role in personality and at the same time students to become medical knowledge is an important prerequisite for students to form a comprehensive vocational ability, entrepreneurship, lifelong learning ability plays an irreplaceable role. However, the health of middle school students learning the language but can not be optimistic about the current situation, many students do not attach importance to language learning, language lessons on a casual lack of enthusiasm, language literacy and language proficiency is also relatively low. Caused by many reasons for this situation, I believe that the students lack of motivation for language learning is one of important reasons.Motive is the cause of individual activities, the maintenance has been caused by activities and guided activities in the direction of a goal inherent in a process is inherent in the psychological reasons for behavior. Health papers for middle school students to learn the status of languages, from a psychological point of view, students grasp the impact of the fundamental factors - motivation to explore the health of middle school students in language learning motivation, and thus to improve the health of middle school language teaching emphasis. And to stimulate and foster the adoption of language learning motivation of students to improve the effectiveness of language learning.The paper described the language in secondary schools teaching the importance of that language teaching in secondary health school students function with moral, aesthetic function, mental health education function, but also of health professionals play a fundamental role in learning and guiding role. Paper introduced the theory of motivation, motivation to learn through the theory of classical analysis, in order to investigate the excitation and maintenance of language learning motivation of students to provide theoretical support.Papers to the Red River as an example the state medical schools, through a questionnaire survey of language learning motivation of students to carry out a comprehensive analysis. Thesis that the family environment, peer groups, teacher factors, subjective factors of students of language learning motivation of students have a certain impact.Papers related to educational psychology theory and motivation to carry out the integration of language teaching practice, combined with tools of language and the humanities disciplines of the characteristics of a number of students to stimulate and maintain the idea of language learning motivation, the language teaching methods from the start, including in the, extrinsic motivation to stimulate and maintain students in language learning motivation of the measures to improve language teaching in secondary health schools in the efficiency and improve their language literacy and academic purposes.
