面向南亚、东南亚云南省综合运输网络体系构建研究

【摘要】 交通运输作为国民经济发展的基础设施,其作用是不言而喻的。纵观世界发达国家和地区,便捷的交通早已成为社会经济发展必不可少的条件,并且其重要性日益突出。发展和完善综合运输网络体系不仅是中国和云南省社会经济发展的迫切需要,更是面向南亚、东南亚区域经济一体化的客观需求。1903年滇越铁路的动工修建,拉开了云南省交通基础设施建设的序幕。在百余年的发展历程中,由于经验不足、技术有限不可避免的存在一些问题,如交通设施的技术、装备落后,交通运输发展缓慢,各种运输方式结构欠佳,资源空间分布有待进一步完善,综合交通网络化程度低,交通可持续发展能力较弱,不能满足地区社会经济快速发展的需要。对此,需要运用区域经济学、人文地理学、交通运输地理学和系统工程学以及可持续发展等相关理论进行分析。本文主要内容共分为七个部分：第一部分为绪论,对本文的选题背景从社会经济发展需要的角度进行了分析,包括对综合运输网路体系的国外、国内理论研究的现状进行了总结和分析,同时还对本文的研究思路和技术路线进行了介绍。第二部分系统分析了云南省综合运输网络体系的发展态势。通过对云南省综合运输网络体系中各种运输方式的运营能力、线路长度等现状进行分析,找出其中存在的一系列问题。第三部分是云南省综合运输网络体系发展的SWOT分析。结合云南省面向南亚、东南亚社会经济发展的态势,分析了当前和今后一段时期内所面临的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战。第四部是在前一部分进行定性分析的基础上,进一步预测了影响交通需求量的各主要因素,从而预测出面向南亚、东南亚云南省各种运输方式的需求量及周转量。第五部分根据今后一段时间内云南省面向南亚、东南亚交通发展的需求情况,给出了交通布局的原则,并在此基础上制定了较为合理的发展目标和各种交通方式的空间布局。第六部分切实结合云南省面向南亚、东南亚交通网络今后发展的目标和当前发展中存在的不足,给出了交通体系构建的对策和建议,以期达到较好的发展。第七部分为全文的结论与讨论,对全文研究内容进行了总结,包括不足之处、需要进一步深化和探究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is obvious of the importance that transportation is regarded as the basic facility of national economy development. There is a conclusion that convenient transportation plays a necessary role in social economic development according to the improvement of the development in our countries. As a result, it is not only needed to improve the perfect transportation system for the development of our country and Yunnan province, but also to integrate the regional economic development in South Asia and Southeast Asia.The first railway between Yunnan province and Vietnam made in 1903 is the beginning step of transportation in Yunnan. There are so many disadvantages that can not satisfy the rapid development of social economy because of the inexperience as well as the low techniques, such as the slowness of transportation and the weakness of transportation structures and so on. It is then analysed by some theories of regional economics, human geography, transport geography, sustainable development and systems engineering.There are seven parts about this paper. The beginning is the introduction that gives a brief summary analysis on the background of transportation. In addition, it summarize the domestics and foreign theories about the present condition of the development of transportation development, some ideas as well as study routes a. The second part analyses the situation of transportation network system in Yunnan province, then it concludes a series of problems occurred in it. The third part is the SWOT analysis of the development of transportation network system in Yunnan province. It also focuses on some strength, weakness, opportunity and thread now and in the future. The forth part calculate the quantity demanded and the volume of the circular flow of all kind of the transportation means between Yunnan province and South Asia & Southeast Asia, based on the qualitative analysis. The fifth part gives principles and purpose of the arrangement in transportation according to the needs. The sixth part has the countermeasure and suggestions for a better development, in terms of the present condition of transportation network in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
