【摘要】 我国矿山企业体育文化一直处于较为薄弱阶段,主要问题是矿山企业一般属于相对封闭群体,该群体内的员工由不同性质、不同层次、不同工种组成,以高危工作区别于其他企业单位。为加大我国矿山企业体育文化的发展,通过调查、测试、计算和分析,初步取得成果如下：①提出工矿企业体育文化多元化功能定位的思想,并通过企业体育文化的特征、基本理论,较系统论述了工矿企业体育文化的基本要素、结构及发展现状和多元化功能的表现形式,界定工矿企业体育文化多元化功能定位的依据与原则,明确工矿企业体育的发展方向。②提出工矿企业体育文化多元化功能的实施途径：工矿不同人群与工矿企业体育；场地设施与工矿企业体育；高危工作安全与工矿企业体育；数值模拟与工矿企业体育；企业经济效益与工矿企业体育,这些途径是完成工矿企业体育发展方向,工矿企业体育文化多元化功能定位和提高经济效益的必经之路。③针对工矿企业所处同一生产场地,不同群体(脑力劳动与体力劳动)、不同社会环境、不同认知观等反差极大的条件下,对企业体育文化功能定位特殊性的研究。④系统研究工矿企业体育文化功能与高危工作(如金矿井下矿工凿岩、掘进、护顶、搬运等)安全的关系,传送一定的相关知识、制定相应的政策,将体育功能在高危工作中发挥应有的作用。⑤建立矿山企业体育文化多元化功能的基本定位体系,构筑矿山企业体育文化多元化功能定位的初步理论框架。这些成果将使体育学科向高科技快速发展,拓宽了体育学科的研究领域,加大了体育学科理论研究的深度,有助于体育文化分支学科的形成,推动了矿山企业经济效益的提高。更多还原
