聚氯乙烯类热塑性弹性体的研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究的是聚氯乙烯类热塑性弹性体(PVC-TPE).目前聚氯乙烯在国内使用比较普遍,但大多数采用的是普通的改性技术。现在随着热塑性弹性体工业技术的发展和商业地位的日益严重性,聚氯乙烯类热塑性弹性体的研究工作也在开展。本文主要是采用两种方式来改进聚氯乙烯的性能。第一种是利用高分子量聚氯乙烯本身所具有的特殊性能,即高回弹性、耐候性、高抗冲击性等等,通过自身作为热塑性弹性体来提高聚氯乙烯的性能。这种高分子量热塑性弹性体的局限性在于粘度高,流动性差,因此限制了使用。所以提高高分子量材料的流动性有待于进一步研究。第二种是用和聚氯乙烯相容性极好的粉末丁腈橡胶来改善聚氯乙烯的性能,使他接近于橡胶的性能,而又不失塑料的风采。实验结果表明粉末丁腈橡胶在提高聚氯乙烯性能方面是成功的,丁腈橡胶用与聚氯乙烯可以任意比例共混,但要根据性能要求和价格来决定。虽然这两种方式都已经应用于工业化生产,但还存着各种各样的问题。例如由于聚氯乙烯对温度的要求比其他材料要敏感,所以对于高分子量热塑性弹性体来说,我们需要进一步研究降低产品加工温度以便于能在很多领域使用。

【Abstract】 Attention is concentrated on Thermoplastic Elastomer of polyvinyl choloride(shorted form PVC-TPE).At present PVC can be more widely used which is modified by normal techniques mostly.Along with the technological development of industry and the growing importance of commercial standing about Thermoplastic Elastomer,research on PVC-TPE has also been carried out.There is a focus on improving the performance of PVCby two methods.The first method is that by making use of its net-like structure HPVC takes on higher elastic resilience and durability of macromolecular material and resistance to impact,and etc.But HPVC-TPE couldn’t be extensively used because of its weakness-the high viscosity leading to the low fluidity.So we will look on improving the flow of HPVC as next new research project.The second method uses NBR modifying PVC to make the behavior of PVC get nearer to that of Rubber and keep the performance plastic which is good compatible with PVC.The experiment led up to the fact that it is successful for NBR modified PVC,but releations between NBR and PVC had better not exceed 1:1,or else it is very difficult in machine-shaping.Although both HPVC-TPE and PVC-NBR-TPE can be applied to industrial production,they still exit some problems,For example,the sensitivity of viscosity to the temperature of PVC is higher than any other material,so it is important for HPVC-TPE to study on reducing the temperature of its processing so as to can be used in many different fields.
