高校图书馆网络思想政治教育研究

【摘要】 图书馆由于在高校中的特殊地位和功能,是学生学习活动的主要场所,往往也是高校的形象窗口,承担着“管理育人、服务育人、环境育人”的多重作用,对大学生良好思想品格的形成有着潜移默化的作用。随着网络的运用和普及,图书馆的管理和服务对于网络的依赖在逐步加大,传统的图书馆管理方式和服务模式正面临着考验,这已经是图书馆界的共识。本文在对高校图书馆开展网络思想政治教育的现状、难点、意义及其影响调查、统计的基础上,通过查阅资料、问卷和座谈,综合运用多种方法进行归纳和分析。针对当前高校学生的心理特征及网络心理状况,从道德层面、技术手段、制度建设、人才培养等方面提出在高校图书馆开展网络思想政治教育过程中的对策措施。高校图书馆员是网络传播中的“把关人”,他们制造、传播、监控网络信息,兼具信息传播者和思想政治教育者的双重身份,是不上讲台的教师。因此,要建立和健全一套特殊的管理体制,以保障丌展思想政治教育顺利进行。力求把深奥的思想政治教育理论通过计算机程序生动形象地展示出来,以吸引学生主动使用,从而达到寓教于乐的目的。校园BBS是学生思想动态的“晴雨表”,应正确引导,宜疏不宜堵。那么作为教育者应积极主动地参与进来,以普通网友的身份参与BBS上的讨论,发挥专业人士的知识、管理特长,及时对学生在BBS中表现出的疑惑、不满进行释疑、解惑、开导,纠正其中的错误信息和错误言论,更重要的是要因势利导,有针对性地与学生丌展网上讨论,给BBS注入一种正确的思想源,引发一个积极的话题,把学生的讨论引导到学校建设、学生成才的方向上来。更要让大学生清楚地知道,如果违反法规必将承担相应的责任或受到相应的制裁。在强调网络思想政治教育的同时有一些问题也应当引起网络管理者的重视:第一是加强网络思想政治教育的同时应充分保障知识自由。充分发挥高校图书馆服务育人功能,不能低估当代大学生的思想觉悟和对社会政治事物的判断能力,也不能高估网络传播对受教育者自身素质的影响;第二是注意网络思想政治教育与网络环境下的思想政治教育的区别;第三是加强网络思想政治教育应体现对学生读者的人文关怀。

【Abstract】 With its special status and functions, the library in universities is the main place for learning and also the image of the school. Its education function lies in the management, service and surroundings, which has a subtle impact on the formation of good character of university students. With the popularity of the network, there is a gradual increase in reliance of library management and service on the network. It has been the consensus of the library circles that traditional library management and service are facing a test. Based on the investigation and statistics of the status quo, difficulties, significance and influence of Network Ideological and Political Education in university libraries, this thesis conducts induction and analysis through access to information, questionnaire and discussion. In view of the psychological characteristics and the network psychological state of university students, measures are brought up from aspects of a moral level, technology, system development and personnel training in the process of carrying out Network Ideological and Political Education in university libraries.Well, as an educator, should be actively involved, play an ordinary user to participate in the discussions on BBS, to fully play professional knowledge and management expertise to solve dissatisfaction with the conduct and dispel doubts for students in time to correct the mistakes and errors of speech. What’s more important, they should capitalize on the trend, discuss with students on-line in a targeted manner, instill the correct ideological source about a BBS and lead to a positive topic, they also can guide students to discuss the building of schools, and make them recognize the direction of emerging as a talent, let them know if the violation of the law is bound, they should bear the responsibility or the appropriate sanctions.Of course, there are a number of issues should also be caused by network managers attention at the same time we emphasis about Ideological and Political Education. At first, freedom of knowledge should be fully protected when strengthen the network of ideological and political education, they should give full play about the function of University Library Services, not underestimate the thinking of university students on the social and political consciousness and the ability to judge things, and not overestimate the impaction network to the educated; The second is the attention to the distinction between Network Ideological and Political and the Ideological and Political under the environment; the third is to reflect the reader’s humanistic concern by strengthening the Ideological and Political Education.
