政府主导下的非物质文化遗产保护模式研究

【摘要】 随着现代化进程和城市化步伐的加快,各地区文化生态由于受到现代文明的冲击和影响发生着巨大变化,大量通过口传心授,世代相传的非物质文化遗产濒临灭绝的边缘。置于这个大环境下的贵州省非物质文化遗产其生存、保护、发展也遇到了很多新的问题。为维护人类文化的多样性,各地区在对非物质文化遗产进行保护方面已达成共识,但就如何发挥好政府主导作用对其进行保护还存在一些不同的看法。笔者认为,政府作为公共权力的代表者和行使者,有义务、有职责对作为公共产品的非物质文化遗产进行保护。文章试图从非物质文化遗产的内涵及其特征入手,分析政府发挥保护非物质文化遗产主导作用的正当性,而后通过对国内非物质文化遗产保护的现状进行研究,并以贵州省为例做了简单的介绍,从而发现保护过程中需要预防的两种倾向。最后从理论和实践两个层面,对贵州非物质文化遗产保护模式有了初步的构想,构建出保护非物质文化遗产的模式图。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the process of modernization and the acceleration of urbanization, regional cultural ecology as a result of the impact of modern civilization and the impact of the tremendous changes taking place in a large number of delegated heart, through word of mouth, from generation to generation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the brink of extinction. Placed under the environment of the intangible cultural heritage of Guizhou Province for their survival, protection, development has also encountered a lot of new problems. To maintain the diversity of human cultures and regions of non-material cultural heritage protection has reached a consensus, but on how to play a leading role in government to protect them there are still some different views.I believes that the Government, as representatives of public power and the exercise of, the obligation and responsibility of public goods as non-material cultural heritage protection. This article attempts to intangible cultural heritage from the connotation and characteristics of the analysis of the government to protect intangible cultural heritage to play a leading role in the legitimacy of, and then through the protection of national intangible cultural heritage study of the status quo, and Guizhou Province has done a brief introduction, which found the need to prevent the protection of the two tendencies. From the theory and practice of the last two levels of protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Guizhou model having the initial idea, to build up the protection of intangible cultural heritage of the model.更多还原
