坪头水电站地下厂房顶拱衬砌裂损机理探讨

【摘要】 在地下工程的建设和使用过程中,由于地质条件、设计、施工、运营等方面因素,造成地下洞室病害数量越来越多。其中衬砌裂损就是常见的洞室病害之一。由于对引起衬砌裂损的机理不清,盲目进行加固修复,造成加固修复效果不佳,甚至会产生新的安全隐患。可见,弄清衬砌裂损的机理是至关重要的。本文以四川省凉山彝族自治州美姑河坪头水电站地下厂房为研究对象,通过对坪头水电站地下厂房衬砌裂损段进行数值模拟研究,揭示了地下厂房衬砌裂损的机理,得到如下结论:(1)对于偏压地下洞室,影响洞室稳定的主要因素除了地形偏压的影响外,更重要的是地质构造偏压的影响;(2)对于地下厂房拱部围岩,拱部左侧破坏的可能性最小,拱部右侧岩体,容易产生顺层滑移;(3)对于地下厂房边墙,左侧边墙的岩体因易向洞内松动、下滑而不稳定,而右侧边墙岩体,岩体顺层滑动受深部岩层的约束而相对较稳定;(4)坪头水电站地下厂房,在施工中,重点加强的部位是右侧拱部和左侧边墙,以减弱偏压的不利影响;(5)坪头水电站地下厂房衬砌裂损的主要原因是:拱部右侧岩体产生顺层滑移挤压衬砌所致。

【Abstract】 In the process of underground construction and usage,it lead to increasing numbers of underground cavern diseases,because of geological conditions、design、construction、operation and other factors,including lining split,which is one of common diseases of underground cavern.Because lining split mechanism is not clear, Blindfold strengthening and repairing can result in the unfavorable effect,and may even be a new hidden danger,it can be seen,lining split mechanism is very important.This article talks underground powerhouse of PingTou Hydropower Station as the research object in Meigu River,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province,it reveals that mechanism of lining failure,based on numerical simulation Study of lining split Section of underground powerhouse,and Some conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) As for unsymmetrical pressure underground cavern,geological the structure unsymmetrical loading is important for the stability main influence factors of underground cavern stability,include the effect of topographic unsymmetrical loading.(2) As far as the arch surrounding rock of underground powerhouse is concerned, destructive possibility of left arch is the smallest,surrounding rock of right arch is liable to bedding slip;(3) As far as the side wall of underground is concerned,the rock of the left side wall,which is easy to loose and glide,is unstable,but the rock of right side wall is relatively stable,because deep rock restrict bedding-slip;(4) The Pingtou underground powerhouse is to focus on strengthening the right arch and the left side wall in the construction,in order to weaken the adverse effect of unsymmetrical loading;(5) The lining failure is mainly due to the right arch of rock pressing lining because of bedding-slip in Pingtou underground powerhouse.
