水城矿业集团公司可持续发展战略研究

【摘要】 贵州煤炭资源丰富,煤炭产业是贵州重要的支柱产业之一,煤炭及其相关的电力能源产业已成为全省第一大经济支柱。全省煤炭企业众多,当前大型煤炭企业面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,解决我省大型煤炭企业面临的现实问题,实现企业的可持续发展,研究贵州省大型煤炭企业水城矿业集团公司可持续发展战略具有重要的现实意义。本论文通过对可持续发展理论和循环经济理论的学习和研究,提出了对煤炭资源提供科学开发、合理利用的理论支持,为我省大型煤炭企业水城矿业集团公司的战略选择提供坚实有力的理论基础,研究企业发展的现状、环境、挑战,借鉴发达国家和相关地区煤炭企业的经验教训,运用实证分析、SWOT分析法,提出了水城矿业集团公司可持续发展的战略选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guizhou is a province rich in coat resource.,Coal industry is one of the most mainstay industry. energy that consist of coal and electrical power related to coal resoruce,has been the first economic mainstay.There is a group of coal corporations in Guizhou,as the same as the coal industry confront with unwonted challenge and chance.To solve the practical problem that the large scale coal corporations faced and achieve their sustainable development is interrelated with all of the province economy.As a result,it has important realistic significance to research the large scale coal corporation--the ShuiCheng Mining Industry Corporation’s sustainable development strategy.By learning and research the sustainable development theory and cyclic economy theory,this article advanced a theory support for scientific exploitation and rational utilization coal recourse, Simultaneously,to offer a strongly theoretical basement for the ShuiCheng Mining Industry Corporation’s strategy choice in Guizhou.Researching the large scale coal corporations’ developing condition,survival circumstance,challenging,by citing example analytical method and SWOT analytical method,finally this paper put forward a strategy choice of the sustainable development for the ShuiCheng Mining industry Corporation by using as a source of reference the experience and lesson of the developed country and region in energy industry.更多还原
