网电钻机供电系统关键技术研究与应用

Research and Application on the Key Technologies of Net Electric Drill Power Supple System

【摘要】 本文在对国内外油田用网电钻机网电设备的市场、技术水平进行分析和对胜利油田工业电网及钻机特点分析的基础上,对胜利油田网电钻机的选型、配电房总体结构设计、主要电器组件的选型、优化设计和计算进行了研究,重点研究了基于网电钻机的谐波抑制和动态无功补偿,给出了新型网电设备的设计方案,并进行了现场试验。完成的主要工作有:1、对变压器的选型设计进行了分析,给出选型原则,确定变压器的容量为2500kVA,高压输入为两种电压等级(6kV和10kV),并进行详细的数据计算。2、对高压电缆和低压电缆的选型设计进行了分析,给出了选型标准,同时对比分析了多种型式电缆的不同特性,从而确定了高压电缆和低压电缆具体的参数,并进行了详细的数据计算。3、对高压交流熔断器的选型设计进行了分析,给出了具体的选型标准,确定了选型范围。4、对交流断路器的选型设计进行了分析,给出了选型原则及具体的计算标准。5、对谐波和无功不偿装置的设计进行分析,给出了计算方法。这部分分析了钻井设备谐波产生的根源、对其它钻井设备及电网的影响,结合钻机实际,提出网电钻机系统的谐波抑制和动态无功补偿的方法。6、进行了网电钻机的现场试验,测试了大量的现场设备运行数据,试验表明:该网电设备的选型设计,可以完全满足钻井现场实施作业的要求,尤其是谐波抑制和动态无功补偿对整个系统有较大稳定作用。系统在整个钻井作业过程中性能稳定,安全可靠,达到了最初的设计和使用要求。在目前国家倡导节能减排的大环境下,该网电设备的研制成功对我国钻井设备未来的发展具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the market and technology level of drilling rig of electric network using in oil field, combining features of Shengli Oilfield Rig, the paper made researches on the type choice, the Overall Structural Design of distribution house, type selection of main electric parts, optimization design and calculating, and gave design projects of new machine of drilling rig. The main accomplished work included:1. It has analyzed the type choice of transformer, gave the principle of type choice, decided the capability is 2500kVA, it has two electric voltage of input (6kV and 10kV), and made detailed calculating.2. It has analyzed the high voltage cable and low voltage, gave the standard of type choice, and analyzed the Characteristics of several type cable, decided the main parameters of high voltage cable and low voltage cable, and made detailed calculating.3. It has analyzed high voltage AC fuse, give the standard of type choice, decided the scope of type choice.4. It has analyzed AC breaker, gave the principle of type choice and detailed standard of calculating.5. It has analyzed compensation and harmonic Suppression, give method of calculating. This part of the harmonic analysis of the root causes of drilling equipment, drilling equipment and the power grid for other effects, combined with the actual drilling rig, drill machine system proposed network harmonics suppression and dynamic reactive power compensation method.6. It has finished the application of machine, tested much data in practice. The test prove: the design of the machine can meet requirement of drilling work, the overall system is very steady and safety, reached standard design of the reqired. It is great significance for the drilling technology in the future.
