交叉偶极声波测井仪偶极发射器检测方法研究

【摘要】 美国ATLAS公司新一代交叉偶极阵列声波测井仪(XMAC)将偶极技术与最新发展的单极技术结合在一起,提供了测量地层纵波、横波和斯通利波的较好方法,在分析地层各向异性方面具有独特的优势。由于偶极发射器容易损坏,直接耽误生产,影响测井市场创收。大庆测井公司在2005-2006年先后有5套发射探头停用,而从美国订货周期为2年甚至更长,特别在2006年后由于美方市场保护政策,供货周期大大延长。随着5700测井系统在中国的大量使用,测井队伍数量的大幅增加,该仪器出现类似故障的频率将加大,难以保障测井生产的顺利运行。本文针对上述问题,开展了偶极发射器检测方法的研究工作。本文详细论述了交叉偶极发射器检测方法的应用,在对交叉偶极阵列声波测井仪(XMAC)偶极发射器的导纳检测以及故障进行分析的基础上,研究了交叉偶极发射器的电参数、方向特性、内耗等检测方法,解决了交叉偶极发射器的匹配及筛选方法问题。在此基础上构造了一套偶极发射器检测样机系统。最后,应用本样机系统筛选出一套国产偶极发射器,将其安装在XMAC仪器上并进行测井试验,所测得的曲线经大庆测井公司数据处理与解释中心解释后证实,该测井曲线完全合格,证明该检测方法是有效的,从而可以对交叉偶极阵列声波测井仪(XMAC)发射阵列实施有目的、高效的维修,以解决该仪器测量异常的问题。

【Abstract】 The Cross-dipole Array Acoustic Logging Instrument (XMAC) produced by Baker-Atlas Company combines dipole technique with the latest monopole technique effectively. It can provide a measurement method of formation compress wave, shear wave and Stonely wave, which has the unique advantage in the analysis of stratum anisotropy. Because of the high failure irate of the dipole transmitter, the production of oilfield is often delayed and the logging revenue is often influenced. In Daqing Well Logging Company, five sets of transmitting detector were broken successively during 2005~2006. The period of ordering from USA is 2 years or even longer, which has been prolonged after the market protection of USA since 2006. With the wide application of logging system 5700 in China and the increase of the logging team, the failure frequency of the logging system will increase rapidly and the normal logging production can not be guaranteed. In order to solve this problem, a new dipole transmitter testing method is proposed in this work.The thesis discusses the applications of cross-dipole transmitter testing method in detail. Based on the analysis of the conductance detection and the failure of XMAC, the electrical parameters, the direction characteristics and the internal friction of cross-dipole transmitter are studied. The matching and selecting problems of XMAC are solved. In addition, this thesis develops a new set of dipole transmitter testing prototype system.Finally, a set of domestic dipole transmitter selected by the prototype system is installed on the XMAC logging instrument and the logging experiments are carried out. The measured curves are explained by the Data Processing and Interpretation Center of Daqing Well Logging Company, and it’s confirmed that the logging curves are successful. These experimental results verify that the testing method and the developed prototype system are effective and can provide effective maintenance for the XMAC.
