南水北调工程山东万年闸泵站泵送混凝土施工防裂方法研究

【摘要】 在我国长江以北地区,大多数泵站在施工过程中会或多或少地出现结构性裂缝,长期来困扰此类工程的建设与耐久性。近年来,随着泵送混凝土施工技术的不断推广应用,泵站施工期混凝土开裂现象有增不减。因此,目前急需进行水工泵站泵送混凝土工程裂缝机理、主要影响因素和防裂方法的理论和应用研究,以提高工程的建设质量、安全性和耐久性,也为后续同类工程的建设提供科学依据和指导。本项目依托南水北调山东段万年闸泵站工程的建设,运用现浇混凝土温度场和应力场数值仿真基本理论,对该泵站底板和进水流道各工况进行施工期温度场和应力场的仿真计算,研究该泵站各主要典型结构可能形成裂缝的具体机理、主要影响因素,进而提出相应“科学、可靠、易行、经济”的施工期防裂方法和具体措施,直接服务于该工程的施工建设,力争解决该泵站工程施工期混凝土开裂的问题,同时也提高该工程的建设速度。

【Abstract】 In the north area to the Yangtze River, structural cracks of concrete will occur more or less in pump station during construction , which brings trouble to construction and the durability of concrete structure. In recent years , the technique of transferring liquid concrete by pumping is widely used in the concrete construction of pumping station , which causes more cracks than usual. So research on mechanism of cracks , main influencing factors of cracks and concrete cracks prevention are brought forward, which would improve quality , safety and durability of project.In this paper ,combining the construction of Wannian Sluice, the author simulate temperature field and stress field of the bottom board and inflow channels of Wannian Sluice project considering all situations during construction. After analyzing the result of the foregoing simulation , find out mechanism of cracks and which are main factors causing cracks, then bring out measures to prevent cracks. All measures to prevent cracks aim to improve quality and progress of construction project.
