【摘要】 网络计划技术是用网络计划对任务的工作进度进行安排和控制,以保证实现预定目标的科学的计划管理技术。对建筑安装工程,进行科学的分析,弄清主次矛盾,找出关键线路,有的放矢采取措施,合理组织各种资源的投入顺序、数量、比例,进行科学的工程排队,组织平行交叉流水作业,提高对时间、空间的利用,这样才能取得全面的经济效益和社会效益,使工程达到工期短、质量高和成本低的目的。民用建筑安装项目采用网络计划技术控制进度,通过计划反映出来的信息不断地改进计划,加强组织与管理,根据工期要求,在现有的条件下做出最合理的安排并使成本达到最低。目前我国建筑业生产周期长的现象还不能通过有效的组织管理得到控制。凭借着施工人员的主观或是简单方法的进度控制、而不是科学方法的进度控制,在建筑施工管理中还时常发生。这与建筑业是现代化建设先进行业的要求不相适应,抓紧向建筑工业化方向过渡,是现代化建设对建筑业必然要求。网络计划技术很好地解决了立体交叉流水作业、时间和空间的利用、资源配置,工期缩短等问题。施工实践证明,应用网络计划技术组织与管理施工,一般能缩短工期20%左右,降低成本10%左右。本文通过对NB-3项目采用网络计划技术控制进度,采用一系列的优化方案的前后对比,对网络计划技术在建筑工程进度优化及资源有效配置中的应用作了一定的探讨,并最终达到在工期符合合同要求的前提下,取得良好经济效应的目的。

【Abstract】 The network planning technique is used for tasks network planning schedule arrangements and control, to ensure the realization of the target of scientific planning management technology. For construction and installation project, scientific analysis, find out the key secondary contradictions, line, targeted, reasonable measures to organize all kinds of resources input order quantity, scale, and the engineering science, cross flow line parallel to improve operations, time, space, so as to obtain the overall economic benefit and social benefit, make the project reach short time, high quality and low cost. The civil construction and installation project using network planning technique control progress, through the plan of continuously improving the information, to strengthen the organization and the management plan, according to the time limit for, in the current conditions make the most reasonable arrangement and make the minimum cost.Current construction production cycle is long phenomenon also cannot through effective organization and management. Relying on the subjective or simple construction personnel of progress control method, rather than the progress of scientific methods in construction management control, also often occurs. This is the modernization construction of advanced industry requirements, it does not adapt to the direction of industrialization, architectural transition of modernization construction. Network planning technique solves the three-dimensional flow, time and space utilization, resource allocation, shorten duration, etc. Construction practice has proved that application of network planning technique organization and management of construction, generally can shorten the construction period, lower cost about 20% of around 10%.Based on the NB - 3 project using network planning technique, using a series of progress control and optimization scheme of network planning technique in the construction schedule and efficient allocation of resources to the application, and finally achieve accord with the request of contract period in the premise, has achieved good economic effect.
