【摘要】 通过对建设项目招投标制度发展概况及其特点的阐述,详细介绍了工程招投标的基本特征、内容与程序及遵循的原则。通过对中铁十四局集团有限公司的投标现状及投标模式的分析,利用SWOT法对中铁十四局的内部环境做了进一步分析,介绍了企业参与投标的程序,对投标书编制内容进行了解析。针对存在的的一些问题,对如何提高企业投标管理水平做了深入研究,提出一系列对策及措施,如建立有效的投标体系、提高标书编制水平、优化组织机构、加强资质管理、实施技术创新、加强综合管理等。本文运用营销学、运筹学原理研究投标报价的策略及技巧,强调了企业信誉、信息管理、电子商务及标书编制水平、资质管理在企业经营管理中的作用,对投标的几个关键因素做了具体分析,为提高投标管理水平采取的主要对策进行了论证。通过参与的具体案例,对投标报价采取的投标技巧进行了分析。以上研究对于提高企业的综合实力,进行科学投标具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction project bidding system through the development of profiles and their characteristics explained, detailing the basic characteristics of project bidding, content and procedures and the principles.
