【摘要】 城市化正在成为我国经济发展的一个重要动力源泉。健康有序地推动城市化的发展,对于扩大内需、推动国民经济增长,对于优化城乡经济结构、促进国民经济良性循环和社会协调发展,都具有重大意义。本文首先从理论上分析了城市化形成的动力机制和城市化促进经济社会发展的作用机制,然后采用回归建模、弹性和比较分析的方法对我国城市化发展效率进行了实证研究和国际比较。通过研究得到以下结论：(1)随着城市化水平的不断提高,我国城市化促进经济增长的效率越来越高,但是其促进产业结构优化、就业增长和国内消费需求的效率却越来越低。(2)在城市化发展的相同阶段,我国城市化发展的效率低于韩国；随着城市化水平的不断提高,韩国城市化促进经济增长的效率越来越高,而且其促进产业结构优化、就业增长、国内消费需求的效率也越来越高。文章最后分析了影响我国城市化发展效率的因素,提出了提高我国城市化发展效率的对策建议：(1)以制度创新为动力,消除城市化发展的体制障碍。(2)以规划为依据,促进城市化健康发展。(3)建立健全市场机制,增强城市化发展活力。(4)以功能培育为基础,以产业发展为目标,增强城市综合承载能力。(5)统筹城乡发展,提高城市化发展的综合效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is becoming an important power source of China’s economic development. It’s great significant to promote the development of urbanization healthy and orderly for expanding domestic demand, promoting national economic growth, optimizing the urban-rural economic structure, and promoting the virtuous circle.of the national economy and social development.In this paper, firstly it analyzed the formative motive mechanism of urbanization and the function mechanism that the urbanization promotes in the economic and society develops; then used the regression model, elastic and the comparative analysis method to gave the empirical study on efficiency of china’s urbanization development and gave the international comparison. Through study, we got the conclusion as followed:(1) with the urbanization constantly development, its efficiency to promote the economic growth is getting higher, but regarding with optimization of industrial structure, employment growth and domestic consumption, its efficiency is becoming lower; (2) At the same stage, China’s urbanization development efficiency is lower than Korea’s; With Korea’s urbanization constantly development, its efficiency to promote the economic growth is getting higher, also with optimization of industrial structure, employment growth and domestic consumption.At last this paper analyzed the Influencing factor of efficiency of China’s urbanization development, brought-forward the measures and proposals to improve the development efficiency of China’s urbanization:(1) Take the institutional innovations as the power to eliminate the system barrier of the urbanization development.(2) Take the plan as the basis to promote the healthy development of the urbanization.(3) Establish and perfect the market mechanism, enhance the vigor of the urbanization development (4) Take the function cultivation as the foundation, take the industrial development as the goal, strengthen the city comprehensive bearing capacity.(5) Coordinate urban and rural development, enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the urbanization development.更多还原
