【摘要】 网络信息化时代,造就了我们新的工作和生活方式。网络不断地发展,也带动了网络域名的发展。域名通俗地讲就是网址,与我们熟悉的地址、门牌号相似,是一种“网络商标”,是网络平台上品牌识别的重要组成部分。域名是一种符号系统,既具有标示作用又可以传递一定的信息。每个域名都是唯一的,这使得域名成为一种有限的资源,引发了许多抢注热潮和法律纠纷。为了便于人们记忆,域名系统中取代了数字符号组合的IP地址系统,引入了自然语言要素作为其组成部分。有了自然语言要素的支持,域名系统是否能够很好的服务于人们,满足人们的使用呢?这是本文重点探讨的一个问题。本文详细地分析了域名的构成规则、构成成分、构成形式及构成特点。在域名构成中,语言要素和其它符号通过语言或接近语言的方式表达出来。越是接近日常使用的语言的形式和内容的域名越受到人们的青睐。语言要素在人们认知、记忆、使用域名的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。域名的命名者在命名的过程中受着多种因素的影响。域名的使用者在认知、记忆、使用域名的过程中呈现出一些特点。日常语言生活中完全平等的语言材料,在网络域名世界中有了高下之分。它们被分成了三六九等,贴上了价格标签。一些词语进入网络域名,摇身一变即刻“一字千金”。在域名构成和语言要素使用的过程中,哪些语言因素影响了域名的价值是本文探讨的一个问题。人们在使用域名符号的过程中会出现混乱和无序的状况,域名为什么未能很好的供人们使用呢?在网络语用环境中,域名符号系统同以往的指代符号系统相比发生了复杂的变化,人脑与计算机在处理域名系统时呈现出不平衡和不协调。网络域名中多种符号混合使用及限制规则过于简单的特点,使域名并不能很好地适用于人脑。域名系统还有待于向智能化、人性化方向改进,摆脱符号化趋势,回归自然语言认知的本性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information Age is coming, we have created a new lifestyle. The constant development of network promotes the development of Domain name. Domain name is website, and it is familiar with the addresses and building, which can be viewed as a kind of "network trademark".Domain name is a symbol system, which not only has a marked effect but also can convey certain messages. Each Domain name is the only one, which makes Domain name became a kind of limit resource. For this reason, the boom of Domain name registered and so many lawsuits of the Domain name are showed in the real life.As for better to memory,Domain name system contains the elements of nature language. Domain name system replaced the IP number addresses system for people to use. With the support of elements of nature language, could Domain name system give people a good service? It is an important question to discuss in this paper.This article analysises Domain name’s constitution rule、constitution ingredient、constitution form and constitution characteristics.In the process of constitution, the language elements and other symbols express out through the way of language or approaching language. The closer Domain name to the form and content of daily language,the more Domain name receives people’s favor. Language elements in the process of people using Domain name is playing a vital role.In the naming process, Domain name is affected by a number of factors.Domain name users in the process of cognitive、memory and using Show some characteristics. Once completely equal language materials now have different values. In the Domain name world, they are divided into different price stile,some are much expensive. In the process of Domain name structure and using of language elements, what language factors affect the value of the Domain name is focused on as an issue in this paper.In the using of Domain names symbols,it is present a confusion and disorder situation. Why does not the Domain name system be able to satisfy people’s demand? In the network environment,Domain name symbol system compared with the past name symbol system realizes a complex change.Human brain and computer in dealing with Domain name system emerge much imbalance and disharmony. In Domain name system,many kinds of symbols mix used and the rule for limiting is too simple,which enables the Domain name system to be suitable for human brain to use. The Domain Name System has to be improved to be more intelligent and user-friendly. Suffering from signifying tendency,Domain name system needs to return to the nature of natural language, which is much butter for human brain to understanding.更多还原
