【摘要】 政治道德是政治文明的重要组成部分,是政治文明的内在要求。从古至今,政治道德始终是政治学、伦理学等相关学科讨论的一个具有实践意义的热点问题。尤其在当前构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大历史进程中,政治道德的建设是其中不可或缺的重要一环。政治道德不仅是稳定社会秩序、扭转社会风气的需要,而且是发展社会主义市场经济、完善社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明、实现小康社会的根本保障。改革开放以来,我国在政治道德领域取得了很大的进步,但是在这个转型期,政治道德受到一些深层次因素的冲击,表现出一定程度的失范与紊乱,这种状态不可避免地对政治道德产生一定程度的制约与影响。因此科学总结我国社会主义政治道德建设方面取得的巨大成就,正确揭示我国社会主义政治道德建设方面存在的种种问题和面临的种种挑战,积极寻求新时期加强我国政治道德建设的科学途径,是当前我国理论界和学术界一项重大而紧迫的战略任务,本文就旨在对此课题作一尝试。笔者认为,当前我国政治道德建设的重点,首先应该立足于中华民族的传统美德丰富精神食粮基础上,以“荣辱观”为政治道德建设的发展方向标杆；其次应加强政治道德理论的研究和领导干部个人政治道德素质的建设；最后,在转变政府职能的前提下,增强社会主义市场经济的活力,加强公共权力的有效制约与监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 Political morality is an essential part of the political civilization. And it is also the requirement of the political civilization. Since ancient times, political morality is a practical hot issue in political science, ethics and other related fields. Especially in the progress of building our socialist country, it is a very important part. Political morality not only plays an important role in meeting the demands of keeping a stable social order and reversing the general mood of society, but also fundamentally guarantees the development of the socialist market economy, the improvement of the socialist democratic politics, the construction of socialist political civilization and the realization of a well-off society. Since 1980s, we have made a lot of developments in the political morality field. But in the period of social transition, political morality has effected by some deep level factors and it has some chaos. Thus, looking for a scientific way to build political morality in the new period is a very important and urgent task. The author considers that to build the socialist political morality, firstly, set ’weal and woe’as the,development direction of political morality. Secondly, strengthen the construction of political morality among the leading cadres is the crucial point. At last, transform the government functions and make socialist market economy more active.更多还原
