【摘要】 随着高等教育的发展,学生事务管理逐步成为高校管理工作的重要组成部分。高校学生事务管理队伍也因其丰富化的专业内容与多样化的专业角色受到了广泛的关注。尽管各个国家的教育体制不尽相同,但对学生事务管理队伍专业发展的重视程度都是一样的。在美国,学生事务管理队伍经过历史的积淀,其人员构成日趋完善、素质水平不断提升、专业角色愈加多样。学生事务管理队伍在实践工作中逐渐呈现出专业化的素质、多样化的角色、丰富化的服务以及制度化的管理等特点。本文对美国高校学生事务管理队伍的发展进程、人员构成、素质结构、专业角色、管理实践、整体特点及其面临的挑战等方面进行了深入地探析与研究,以期能对我国学生事务管理队伍的发展与完善提供一些启示与借鉴,希望能使我国高校学生事务管理队伍的建设具有积极的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the higher education, the college student affairs administration gradually becomes an important part of the university administrate work. It also has been a big concern because of the rich professional content and various professional roles of the college student affairs team.Although the educational system is different, it is the same for each country to attach great importance to the professional development of the student affairs team.In the United States, through the long history of the development of student affairs administration, the structure of staff has become mature gradually, the qualifications of them have been upgraded constantly, and the professional roles grow more and more diverse. During the process of its practice, the student affairs team presents some features such as specialized quality, diversified roles, abundant services and institutionalized administration.Based on the development history of the student affairs team in American higher education, this article explores the composition of the staff,the structure of their qualifications,the professional roles they play,and their administrative practice. It also looks into the overall characteristics of the team, as well as the challenges it is facing.Finally, the article gives some suggestions for construction of student affair team in Chinese higher education in terms of American experience.更多还原
