【摘要】 在我国改革发展的关键时期,党中央提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,媒介在其中承担着社会守望与舆论引导的功能。时评作为重要媒介方式之一,在构建和谐社会中发挥着以下几个方面的作用：进行议程设置,集中阐述问题与矛盾；提供公共话语平台,促进阶层沟通；培养公民精神,推动民主法制进程；发挥舆论批判功能,监督政府政事。同时,时评在参与构建和谐社会的过程中体现了民生思想和公平正义思想这样可贵的价值追求。它以参与事中为作用方式,发挥了舆论影响力。时评在构建和谐社会中也存在着一定的不足,如普遍采用异地监督的方式,降低了时评的监督效力；时评与政府之间的互动机制有待进一步完善；时评写作者的固定化和功利化。构建和谐社会对时评提出真实准确、建设性、独立性这样更高的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now China’s reform and development are in the crucial period, when the CPC Central Committee put forward to build a socialist harmonious society. In the process the media bears functions such as watching the society and guiding the public opinions.Comments as an important way of building a harmonious society play roles in the following aspects:setting the agenda, which focus on issues and contradictions; proveting the public discourse platform to facilitate communication sectors; fostering a civic spirit, and promoting the process of democracy and the legal system; playing a critical function of public opinion and the conduct of public affairs.At the same time, comments embody the precious of the thinking of the people’s livelihood,fairness and justice. They participate in the development process, playing to influence public opinions.Comments in building a harmonious society also exist in certain shortcomings, such as the widespread useing of remote monitoring, which reduces effectiveness of the supervision;the interaction mechanism between comments and the government needing to be further improved; Comments writer fixed and utility. Comments on the building of harmonious society put forward higher requirements as true and accurate, constructive and independence.更多还原
