危险化学品行业技能培训系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 计算机技术的不断发展带来了教育和培训领域的变革,其中就包括危险化学品行业员工技能培训。针对危险化学品行业、,特别是储运企业员工抢险技能培训的特殊性和严峻形势,本研究尝试将虚拟现实技术作为辅助培训手段,并设计开发危险化学品行业技能培训系统。论文着重开展危险化学品行业技能培训系统开发模型与框架的研究与实践工作。论文从技能学习的相关理论:隐性知识、职业技能的习得和建构主义等理论入手,借鉴了一些职业技能培训方式,结合危险化学品行业抢险演练的特点,提出运用虚拟现实技术为受训者提供一个具有一定沉浸感、交互性的培训环境,开展适用于危险化学品储运企业的技能培训系统研究。论文重点研究了技能培训系统的系统框架模型和系统开发技术,提出危险化学品行业技能培训系统的开发框架,并综合运用Quest3D、Sketchup和3ds MAX软件进行环氧乙烷泄露事故应急救援案例原型的开发与实现。本文所提出的危险化学品行业技能培训系统的系统框架模型是以技能学习的相关理论为指导,对于其他行业的技能培训系统开发具有一定的借鉴意义,因此具有一定的普适性。此外,企业员工培训作为今后教育技术学一个重要、新兴的研究领域,本论文的研究对丰富、拓展教育技术运用起到一定的推动作用。

【Abstract】 Continuous development of computer technology had brought revolution to the field of education and training, including hazard chemicals industry. The thesis focused on the research of using virtual reality technology as the assistant training way, and developed a system model and prototype of hazard chemicals industry skill training system.The mainly work of the thesis was research of the hazard chemicals industry skill training system’s system model and practice. The thesis began with the research of skill acquisition theories, followed by some related cases of skill training systems, combined with hazard chemicals industry accident rescue characteristics, the thesis proposed use virtual technology to create training environment. The thesis mainly studied the system model and the develop technology of the hazard chemicals industry skill training system, and developed a prototype system about epoxy ethane leak accident emergency rescue training with Quest3d, Sketchup, 3ds MAX software.The value of this research was proposed a system model of hazard chemicals industry skill training system, it was based on some skill acquisition theories, and can be adopted wildly in other fields. Furthermore, the enterprise employee training was important and rising research field of educational technology, the research can extended and enriched the modern educational technology application.
