【摘要】 特色项目是我国地方高等学校立校兴校发展的核心,也是办学特色的集中体现。它在高等学校本科教学评估结论中的份量也举足轻重。不管是为了迎合评估需要,还是立校兴校发展,特色项目仍然具有建设性的战略价值。然而如何认识、总结特色项目却是高校评建工作的难点;特色项目的提炼也是高校评建工作中的难点。只有正确理解特色项目的由来、内涵和判断标准,采取从学科构成中去发现,深入到全体师生员工中去归纳、总结的方法,才能更好地提炼与挖掘特色项目。文章对特色项目的设置缘由和内涵进行了解读,对参评院校如何总结特色项目进行了分析并提出建议,旨在为高校特色项目的建设和高校办学特色的体现发展提供参考。本文即是在此背景基础上以2008年之前参加全国本科教学工作水平评估的高等学校的归纳总结的特色项目为研究对象,采用文献研究法、实例调查,比较研究法和专家访谈法,在对高等学校办学特色的相关理论阐述的基础上,试图从多方位多视角分析当前已参评的普通高等学校办学特色的现状及特点,得出办学特色项目培育过程中存在的某些特征和问题,并探究问题产生的根源,分析地方高校所固有的特点和对于地方区域服务经济与社会的功能;同时借鉴国内外著名高等学校办学特色建设的经验,提出特色项目建设的若干可行性对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Items with features are the cores of undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education in order to promote the construction of long-term mechanism for both the quality and the level. One of the most difficult problems for a university in preparing undergraduate evaluation is how to refine items with features. Only when we correctly comprehend the origin, content, and judgment standard of the items with features, and discover from the constitution of disciplines, go deeply among the teachers and students to generate them, can we better refine the items with features. Basing on the analyses of the characteristics Items of the local colleges and universities which was participated the National Undergraduate Teaching Assessment before 2008.The main part of the papers beginning with the analysis of the "Items of characteristics" in order to draw some rough opinions and conclusions, and then analysis the characteristic form the three results. Then draw out the conclusions that the local colleges and universities paid attention to school-running idea, talents training models, but neglected the development of the school system and the school running model, at last, anglicizing the seven indicators of the characteristics, trying to find some rules and issues. The paper puts forward some advisable suggestions to excavate characteristics Items. This objective can be attained through the construction activities according to the foreign successful experience, which are also included in the theme suggestions of Excavation and Abstraction the Items with features.更多还原
