四氢吡啶类及Schiff碱类金属配合物的合成及结构表征

【摘要】 本论文主要研究内容分为两部分:第一部分主要研究新型四氢吡啶季铵盐及其金属配合物的合成及结构表征;第二部分研究5-噻唑醛类双Schiff碱的合成、表征及光谱性质研究。第一部分四氢吡啶类化合物广泛存在于具有生物活性的天然产物和药物分子中,是重要的医药中间体。本文采用新的合成方法合成了四氢吡啶季铵盐——氯化N,N—二甲基—3—氰基—4—氨基—1,2,5,6—四氢吡啶,并将其与金属氯化盐络合合成了一系列四氢吡啶季铵盐金属配合物,而且四氢吡啶季铵盐与CdCl2,ZnCl2,CuCl2的配合物的晶体结构通过X-ray晶体衍射表征。第二部分Schiff碱配体及与后过渡金属元素所形成的配合物以其多样的结构和广泛的用途愈来愈受到人们的重视,尤其是含O,S,N的Schiff碱,不仅具有较强的生物活性,而且有些还是很好的荧光分析试剂。本文设计合成了两种新颖的噻唑醛类双Schiff碱:噻唑醛缩乙二胺双Schiff碱和噻唑醛缩环己二胺双Schiff碱,并对它们及其金属配合物的光谱性质进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The research work in this paper consists of two parts:(ⅰ) Synthesis and structural characterizations of novel tetrahydropyridine quatemary ammonium salt and its metal complexes;(ⅱ) Synthesis and spectrum characterizations of Schiff based ligands of bis-(5-thiazolylmethanimine).Part OneFunctionalized tetrahydropyridine ring systems are widely found in biologically active natural products and pharmaceuticals,so it is a kind of important intermediates to synthesize pharmaceuticals.The author of this paper discovered a new synthetic method of tetrahydropyridine quatemary ammonium salt.N,N-dimethyl-3-cyano-4-amino-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyridinium chloride 2a and its metal complexes were synthesized.The complexes 2b,2c,2d,2e were characterized by NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction.Part TwoThe Schiff based ligands and the corresponding complexes of Schiff bases are rather important for their various structures and extensive applying in the field of catalysis,bioactivity,and material etc.Especially Schiff bases containing oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen not only had higher bioactivity but also were widely used as fluorescence reagents.Therefore,The author of this paper designed and synthesized two new Schiff based ligands of bis-(5-thiazolylmethanimine),and their complexes of transition metals were investigated in spectrum.
