电子物证检验系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术的飞速发展,好处不胜数。然而它们引起的计算机犯罪却也达到了无孔不入的地步。司法机关为获得犯罪证据,必须在计算机及各类电子设备上寻找电子物证信息,因此就需要开展量大面广而且技术复杂的电子物证取证和检验。本文在进行了广泛深入的调查分析研究和大量实践的基础上,提出了一个电子物证检验系统的设计方案,详细阐述了网络、软件、文件解密、数码照片、关键字、计算机设备和手机等检验技术。实现了用户接口、物证提取、物证检验与分析、生成法定证据等模块的功能,最终完成了一个先进实用的电子物证检验系统的设计和实现。论文还描述了该系统在刑事诉讼活动中的成功应用。由于采用了先进的电子物证检验系统,实现系统数据、日志、数据库等更多种信息的分析和自动证据发现,代替人工操作,提升了打击犯罪的效率和力度,受到应用部门的欢迎。

【Abstract】 In the age of cyber, we received an avalanche of benefits accompanied with the rapidly develop of technology, such as computer, network and communication. However, it also made computer crimes reached to an all-pervasive proportions. In order to obtain evidence of a crime, the judicature must find out physical evidence of electronic information on the computer and various of electronic equipment. It is necessary to carry out a large number and technical complexity to obtain and examination on electronic evidence.This thesis is based on an in-depth investigation with extensive analysis and a lot of practice. A design of electronic evidence inspection system is proposed, includes network, software, file decryption, digital photos, keywords, computer equipment and cell phones inspection technology. It achieved the user interface, evidence extraction, evidence inspection and analysis, legal report generation and other functional modules. Eventually completed an advanced and practical electronic evidence inspection system’s design and implementation. The thesis also describes the system’s successful application in criminal activity.As a result of advanced electronic evidence inspection system, it achieved the analysis in information discovery and analysis such as system data, logs, databases, etc. Applying this system can take the place of manual operation with automatic identify of evidence, accompanied with increasing efficiency and intensity of investigating crime. It is welcomed by the application department.
