【摘要】 当前,越来越多的大中专师范学生分配到农村中学任教,他们的加入为学校的发展补充了新鲜的血液,增添了学校教育的活力,促进了教师队伍的新陈代谢,他们是未来农村教育的骨干力量与主力军,是学校可持续发展的后备军。他们的政治思想素质、业务能力水平直接关系到学校的生存与发展,对于稳定学校教学秩序,提升学校教育教学质量,促进学校与教师的共同发展,促进和谐富裕新农村建设都有着积极的意义。本研究使用文献研究、问卷调查、比较研究、案例研究的方法对国内外中小学新教师入职教育及培养策略进行比较全面的研究。在此基础上,重点关注农村中学青年教师常见问题,研究发现由于他们的生存现状导致他们思想困扰多,心理压力大,工作任务重,生活质量差等。针对上述问题,论文指出农村青年教师的培养是一项系统而长期的工程,因此必须要关注他们的生存状态,关注他们的心理健康,切实解决好他们在工作、学习、生活、思想上所遇到的一系列问题,促进农村青年教师更快、更健康、更专业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Presently, more and more graduates from teachers’ colleges and technical secondary schools have been assigned to rural middle schools for teaching. Their joining supplements fresh blood to the schools’development, enlivens school educations and enhances metabolism of the team of teachers. They’ll be the mail strength in the rural education in future and the reserves for schools’sustainable development. Their ideological and political quality and professional qualification level will directly influence the living and developing of schools, and are of great significance of stabilizing school teaching orders, promoting school education quality, contributing to the mutual development of schools and teachers as well as to the construction of harmonious and rich villages.This thesis will be made with the method of literature study, questionnaire survey, competitive study, and case study to thoroughly research on the access education of home and overseas new teachers in Middle and Primary School and on the training tragedies. Based on it, the thesis mainly focuses on the common problems among young teachers in rural schools. Research finds that their living condition causes their mental puzzles, heavy task burden and poor living quality. In response to the problems above, the thesis points out that training the young teachers in rural schools is a systematic and long-term project, and therefore their living condition and psychological health must be cared about, the series of problems in their working, study, life and thought should be really solved, in order to promote the development of young teachers in rural schools to be more rapid, more healthy and more professional.更多还原
