苏州市吴中区中等职业学校职业指导现状调查与对策研究

Survey and Countermeasures on Career Guidance for Secondary Vocational Schools in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City

【摘要】 我国中等职业学校的职业指导自20世纪80年代恢复后,有了一定的发展,但仍为中等职业教育的薄弱环节。目前,我国中等职业学校毕业生面临着种种职业困境,本文以职业指导理论为基础,以文献研究、问卷调查和访谈为研究方法,对苏州市吴中区中等职业学校1083名学生、11名负责职业指导的教师进行了调查,分析苏州市吴中区中等职业学校职业指导的现状,找出存在的问题,如职业指导理念较为落后、职业指导机构尚不健全、职业指导专门师资缺乏、职业指导途径单一等问题,并针对具体问题,进行了促进苏州市吴中区中等职业学校职业指导深入开展的对策研究。笔者认为,当前加强职业指导的对策重点在于:建立完善的职业指导体系,要求做到建立完善的职业指导组织体系,架构系统的职业指导教学体系,探索多样化的职业指导途径;加强职业指导的师资队伍建设,具体方法是建立发展培训机制,提升职业指导人员专业化水平,充实丰富培训内容,完善职业指导人员知识和能力结构,推进创新培训方式,分层次培养职业指导专兼职教师;加强职业指导的网络化建设,开展网络化职业指导,引导师生进入职业指导网络,建设信息网络管理平台。科学的中等职业学校职业指导体系,有助于学生顺利就业,学校可持续发展,社会人力资源合理配置。

【Abstract】 Since 1980s, when career guidance was resumed in secondary vocational schools in China, it has made some progress. However, it is still the weak link in secondary vocational education. At present, graduates from secondary vocational schools are faced with a variety of predicaments. Based on the theories of career guidance,this paper investigates 1083 students in 3 Secondary Vocational Schools,and 11 teachers responsible for career guidance as well through questionnaire survey and individual interviews and case analyzing to analyze current situations of the career guidance in secondary vocational schools in Wuzhong District of Suzhou city,find out the existing problems,such as lagged conception, imperfect institution, short supply of specialist teacher, single means and so on.. The author raises the countermeasures to widely carry out the career guidance in Secondary Vocational Schools in Wuzhong District of Suzhou city according to the concrete situations.The author believes that the current measures to strengthen the focus on career l guidance: To establish a comprehensive career guidance system. It requires a sound organizational system, teaching system of career guidance. It is necessary to explore ways to diversify career guidance. We should enhance career guidance faculty-building. That is to say, we must develop the training mechanism to upgrade the professional level of career guidance teachers, and enrich training content to improve career guidance staff knowledge and ability, and promote innovative training methods to develop the full and part-time teachers at different levels. The network construction of the career guidance should be strengthened with launching Internet-based career guidance, and guiding students into the network. An information network management platform should be made. A scientific secondary vocational schools career guidance system makes for successful employment of students, sustainable development of the school, and social rational allocation of human resources.
