【摘要】 移动通信市场是一个复杂系统。因为它具有规模大、结构复杂和非线性等特点,因此直接用数学方法或者其它形式的方法对其复杂性进行描述、研究和分析是很难的。而系统建模和仿真的方法则可以解决传统方法所面临的难题。本研究通过系统仿真的方法研究移动通信市场的运行情况,并通过观察最终的仿真结果,发现市场中存在的现象和问题,最后,提出我们的策略建议。主要开展了以下工作:首先,在总结前人研究的基础上,对实际移动通信市场的运行和原理进行整体上的分析,从中总结出市场的组成要素和市场的运营规律。其次,在上一阶段的工作基础上,制定仿真环境下的移动通信市场,并规定市场中的消费者Agent、运营商Agent和管制者Agent的相关属性和行为规则,建立仿真移动通信市场模型,这是面向对象的分析过程。根据仿真移动通信市场模型编写仿真程序,这是面向对象的程序设计过程,并设计各个Agent的属性变量和方法。最后,根据仿真的运行结果,比较不同情况下的仿真结果,发现、说明和解释它们,并提出策略建议供有关的部门参考使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mobile Telecommunications Market is a complex system. Because it has characteristics of large-scale, the complex of structure and non-linear,and so on. It is very difficult that mathematical methods, or other forms method is directly used to describe, research and analysis its complexity. However, systematic modeling and simulation method can be used to solve the difficult problems which traditional methods would be faced with.This issue researchs the operation situation of mobile telecommunications market by the method of System Simulation , and by observing final simulation results,we find phenomena and problems in the market. Finally, we put forward our policy suggestion. Mainly, we carry out the following task:Firstly ,on the base of previouse studies. We analyse operation and principle of the actual mobile communications market, and sum up composition elements and the operating rules of the market.Secondly, on the base of the previous stage task, we develop mobile communications market in the simulation environment,and constitute correlative attributes and conduct rules of the consumer Agent, operator Agent and regulator Agent in the market,and we built simulation model,this is analyses proces of Object-Oriented,then write simulation program in the base of simulation model , this is procedure design process of Object-Oriented, at last, we design attribute variables and methods of every Agent.Finally, according to results of operation of simulation program, comparing the results of operation in different situation,we find illuminate and interpret the results of simulation.
