数字保存系统风险管理研究

【摘要】 数字保存系统又称为数字仓储系统,其保存内容是信息资源数字化的产品或原生型数字资源,或这两种类型的复合。数字保存系统的基本价值在于:提供值得用户信任的数字资源存取能力,确保数字资源的质量,并有利于数字资源的开发利用。将风险管理的理论和方法引入到数字保存系统,有利于管理数字保存系统中存在着的形形色色的风险,提高数字保存系统的质量和服务水平。本文共分为四部分。首先是对数字保存风险管理研究意义和研究现状的分析。其次是对风险和数字保存系统风险的概念定义和界定。第三部分介绍了风险管理和数字保存风险管理。本文的第四部分是全文的主体。按照风险管理的基本流程,将数字保存系统风险管理分为风险识别、风险评估和风险应对分别论述。风险管理的每一部分都不是孤立存在的,而是紧密联系的,任何一个环节的失误,都有可能导致风险管理的失败。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital repository system, also known as digital warehousing system, mainly preserves digitalized information resources or native digital resources, or both types of composites. The fundamental values of digital repository system is that it can offer trusted digital resources access service to users and ensure the quality of the digital resources as well as the development and utilization of them. Applying the theories and methodology of risk management to digital repository .It is benefits to manage various risks in digital repository and improve the quality and service of digital repository. This article is divided into four parts. The first is the significance of the digital repository risk management studies and analysis of the research prevent status. Next is the definition of a concept and define to risk and the digital repository risk. The third part introduces the definition of risk management and repository risk management. The fourthly is the main body of this article. According to the structure of risk management and repository, this part includes risk recognition, risk assessment, risk management. Each part of risk management is not isolated, but closely linked.. Any one of the mistakes in any links to lead to the failure of risk management..
