河南省文化旅游产业发展现状、存在问题及对策研究

【摘要】 文化旅游产业是21世纪具有巨大市场发展前景的重要黄金产业,既具有满足人们特殊精神需要的重大功能,也对经济和社会发展发挥着积极的促进作用。美国、法国、英国等欧美国家都把文化旅游产业作为新兴的朝阳产业来发展,文化旅游产业已经成为这些国家国民经济的支柱产业。近年来,我国的文化旅游产业得到了迅速发展,文化旅游业已成为我国国民经济的重要产业和新的经济增长点。河南是享誉国内外的文化旅游资源大省,文化旅游产业的发展对于实现文化强省的战略目标起着决定性的作用。改革开放以来,河南省文化旅游产业得到较快发展,但从总体上看,与文化旅游资源大省的地位很不相称,与先进地区文化旅游产业的快速发展有明显差距。2007年,我省国内生产总值已达到15058.07亿元,人均16060元,有了一个很好的经济基础,必须从战略高度充分认识发展文化旅游产业的重要性和紧迫性,抢抓中央发展文化产业和旅游产业的大好机遇,精心谋划,强力推进,努力把河南省的文化旅游资源优势转变为产业优势,实现文化旅游产业的跨越式发展,更好地满足人民日益增长的精神文化消费需求。本文是关于河南省文化旅游产业发展现状、存在问题及对策建议的研究,总共包含四章内容,第三章、第四章为本文的重点部分。第一章为绪论,介绍了本文所要研究的一些情况,包括问题的提出、文献综述、研究内容和研究方法、创新点及不足等;第二章为文化旅游产业相关概念及发展模式,包括文化旅游、文化旅游资源及文化旅游产业的概念与内涵等,对文化旅游产业发展的模式进行了阐述;第三章为河南省文化旅游产业发展现状、存在的问题及原因分析,对河南省文化旅游产业发展现状进行了分析,指出了发展中存在的主要问题,并对制约我省文化旅游产业发展的原因进行了剖析;第四章为河南省文化旅游产业发展的对策建议,结合河南省文化旅游产业发展实际,从加强对文化旅游产业的引导和扶持、优化文化旅游产业发展环境和提高文化旅游产业竞争力等方面对河南省文化旅游产业的发展提出对策建议。

【Abstract】 Cultural tourism is a golden industry which has a giant market development prospect in 21st century. It could meet the special spiritual needs of people, and also promote actively the economy and society development. Those European countries such as America, France, England all treat cultural tourism as an emerging industry. It has been the prop industry of national economy in these countries.In recent years, the industry of cultural tourism has greatly developed in our country, and it has been one of the important industry and a new growing point of economy. Henan province is famous in and abroad for its rich resource of cultural traveling, and the development of this industry plays a decisive role in achieving the strategy of strengthen the province with culture.Since the reform and opening-up policy, industry of cultural tourism of Henan develops rapidly ,but the development isn’t match the status of a province with rich cultural resource, and there is still a obvious distance with other advanced areas, which have an fast developing cultural-tourism industry .GDP of Henan reaches 15058.07 hundred million RMB in 2007, 16060 RMB per person averagely, This is a good economical foundation .We must recognize strategically the importance and urgency of fully developing the industry, catch the chance of the summons of developing cultural tourism industry, plan meticulously, promote strongly , so as to realize the transform of superiority of resource and industry., achieve the leaping development of it, and meet people’s increasing need for sprit and culture.The thesis is about the development of cultural tourism in Henan province, including 4 parts, the 3rd and 4th of which are the core.The 1st part introduces the present situation of related research in and abroad about this problem, such as contents, methods , the insufficient points and so on.The 2nd part lists the related theory, including the concepts and connotations .Then the author elaborates some styles and strategies of the development of cultural tourism.The 3rd part is the analysis of present situation about cultural tourism in Henan province, especially the superiority and insufficiency. The 4th part puts out advices on cultural tourism development from the aspects of enhancing support and guidance to it, optimizing the developing environment and enhancing the competitive capacity.
