基于PRO/E的三环减速器内齿板造型有限元分析与研究

【摘要】 三环传动是我国科技人员发明的新型少齿差内啮合行星齿轮传动,这种传动方式原理新颖,具有传动比大,承载能力强,体积小,结构简单等诸多优点,在很多领域已得到了应用。本文通过对三环减速器关键部件的实体建模和有限元分析进行研究,以期获得提高该传动设计的有效方法。本文对三环传动原理进行分析,计算轮齿的载荷以及应力。用PRO/E软件建立内齿环板的三维实体模型,对内齿环板的建模采用了比较准确的从方程造型方式,提高了分析模型的准确度。通过ANSYS软件对内齿板进行有限元分析,获得了内齿板的节点位移、节点应力的大小,并绘出了节点位移、节点应力分布图,直观地反映了内齿板的受力情况,所得应力结果和传统的接触应力计算结果接近,验证了分析结果的正确性。取得了最大应力和最大位移发生的工况位置,为内齿板的强度计算提供了依据。内齿环板的位移与应力分布,最大应力和最大位移都出现在φ= 850和2750时的工况位置,而最小应力和最小位移都出现在φ= 00和180 0附近。这些结论对于合理优化三环减速器的结构尺寸以及对渐开线齿轮进行合理的修形、机械强度校核、承载能力计算和摩擦分析等都具有较高的参考价值。位移分析表明,内齿轮的顶部存在较大的位移量,从而解释了齿顶磨损和胶合是内齿轮失效一个重要原因。本文在分析过程中探讨了PRO/E与ANSYS的整合应用,从而实现了建立在PRO/E-ANSYS软件环境下具有一定意义的计算机辅助工程设计,其中的实体建模方法与有限元分析手段在共同建立平台下解决复杂机械系统设计及性能分析方面具有理论意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 Three-link transmissions are in the new few tooth difference which our country technical personnel invent mesh the planetary transmission, this type of drive principle is novel, has the velocity ratio to be big, bearing capacity, the volume is small, structure simple and so on many merits, obtained the application in many domains. This article through conducts the research to three link reduction gear key component’s entity modeling and the finite element analysis, obtains by the time enhances this transmission design the efficacious device.This article analysis to three link transmission principle, the computation gear teeth load as well as the stress. With the PRO/E software establishment internal tooth link board’s three dimensional full-scale mockup, has used quite accurately to the internal tooth link board’s modeling from the equation modeling way, enhanced the anatomic model accuracy.Carries on the finite element analysis through the ANSYS software tooth rack, has obtained in tooth rack’s nodal displacement, the node stress size, and drew the nodal displacement, the node stress distribution map, had reflected intuitively in tooth rack’s stress situation, the obtained stress result and the traditional contact stress computed result was close, has confirmed the analysis result accuracy.Obtained the operating mode position which the biggest stress and the biggest displacement occurs, has provided the basis for in toothed rack’s strength calculation. The tooth rack’s displacement and the stress distribution, the biggest stress and the biggest displacement appears in with the timeφ= 850 orφ= 2750operating mode position, but the minimum stress and the smallest displacement appears in with the time whenφ= 00orφ= 1800. These conclusions have the high reference value regarding optimize three link gear-reducer’s structure size reasonably as well as carry on to the involutes gear reasonable repair the shape, the mechanical strength examination, the bearing capacity computation and the friction analysis and so on.The displacement analyzes indicated that tooth rack gear’s crown existence big displacement quantity, thus explained the addendum attrition and the agglutination are the annular gear expire a substantial clause.This article has discussed PRO/E and the ANSYS conformity application in the parsing process, thus realized the establishment to have certain significance computer off-set utilities design under the PRO/E-ANSYS software environment, in which entity modeling method and the finite element analysis method was building under the platform to solve the complex mechanism system design and the performance analysis aspect together has the theory significance and the use value.
