【摘要】 面对经济全球化和激烈的国际竞争,杨凌农业科技企业集群要不断提高其集群创新能力。本文以杨凌农业科技企业集群为研究对象,以企业集群理论、创新能力理论为指导,运用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价方法,从杨凌农业科技企业集群发展实际出发,通过理论检索和实地调查,构建了农业科技企业集群创新能力评价体系,设计了模糊综合评价模型,并对杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力进行了实证评价。围绕这一思路,本论文主要包括以下五个部分:第一章导论,阐明选题的背景和研究的目的及意义,综述国内外的研究动态,以及本论文的研究思路、研究方法、主要创新点。第二章农业科技企业集群创新理论,首先阐述了农业科技企业概念和特征,及农业科技企业集群理论;其次比较了产业集群与企业集群理论;最后对农业科技企业创新的特征和农业科技企业集群创新的过程进行分析。第三章杨凌农业科技企业集群发展现状,本章探讨了杨凌农业科技企业集群的发展历程、发展现状,重点分析了杨凌农业科技企业集群发展的内在动因,并进一步分析了存在的深层问题。第四章杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力评价体系,首先对农业科技企业集群创新能力进行分析,然后确定农业科技企业集群创新能力评价体系和农业科技企业集群创新能力评价指标的原则,建立了农业科技企业集群创新能力评价模型,最后对杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力进行了实证评价与比较。第五章提升杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力对策措施,本章总结了杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力评价结果,明确了制约集群创新能力提升的障碍因数,并针对障碍因数给政府和农业科技企业提出了切实可行的七点对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of the economic globalization and keen international competition, the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling has to steadily improve its innovation capability. Guided by the enterprise cluster theory and the innovation capability theory, based on analytic hierarchy process and a fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method,this essay proceeds from the actual conditions of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling. Through integrating field research and theory retrieval, the essay establishes the evaluation system of the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster, designs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and makes an empirical evaluation on the innovation capability of agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling. Upon the above mentioned issue, the essay consists of the following five parts:Chapter 1, Introduction, focuses on the background of the selected topic and research objective and significance of the paper. It summarizes domestic anf foreign trend of study, brings forward thoughts and methods of research and the main innovations.The second chapter concentrates on the innovation theory of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster. This part expatiates the concept and features of the agricultural science and technology enterprise, and the theory studies of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster. It also makes a theoretic comparison between industrial cluster and enterprise cluster. At last it analyzes the features of innovation of the agricultural science and technology enterprise, together with the process of innovation of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster.The third chapter, current situation of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling, discusses its historical development course and present conditions with an emphasis on internal drive for development of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling, and further investigates the existing deep level problems.Chapter four is about the evaluation system of the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling. It analyzes the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster, followed by establishing an evaluation model through setting the evaluation system and criteria of the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster. Assessment and comparisons are made at the end of this part.The fifth chapter is concerned with countermeasures for enhancing the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling. This chapter concludes evaluation results of the innovation capability of the agricultural science and technology enterprise cluster of Yang Ling, clarifies obstructive factors restricting the development of the cluster’s innovation capability. Seven feasible countermeasures are put forward to the government and the agricultural science and technology enterprise based on obstructive factors.更多还原
