培养大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性研究

【摘要】 关于受教育者在思想政治教育活动中的主体地位及主体性问题的研究是思想政治教育理论研究的重大问题和前沿问题。时代的发展、变化,要求高校的思想政治教育工作,必须要着重研究大学生在思想政治教育活动中的主体地位和主体性问题。这是由当代中国大学生的时代特征、全球化背景下中国的发展,以及当今高校思想政治教育工作的现状和未来发展趋势共同提出的重大命题。培养大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性和引导大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性的正确发挥,对大学生的健康成长和国家的发展有重要意义:培养大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性有利于促进大学生主体性的全面发展,有利于促进我国社会主义市场经济的良性发展,有利于促进我国社会主义和谐社会的建设。高校思想政治教育工作者应根据时代发展的需要转变教育观念,完善教育内容、改进教育方法、创设良好教育环境。通过让学生参与班级管理、参加各种团体活动、参与学校相关管理制度的制定、参加各种社会实践活动,通过完善学校的管理制度,加强学生的法制教育,提高学生的法律修养等各种有效途径来激发大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性以及引导大学生在思想政治教育中的主体性的正确发挥。

【Abstract】 The research about the educated who is in the dominant position and the subjectivity issues of them in the ideological and political education is the major issues and cutting-edge issues in the ideological and political education theory research. The development and changes of the times require the ideological and political education of college students must focus on the research about their dominant position and their subjectivity issues. This is all determined by characteristics of the era of contemporary Chinese college students, the context of globalization of China ’s development as well as the present situation and the future development trend of the contemporary ideological and political education.It is very important to train the college students’ subjectivity in the ideological and political education and guide the college students to develop it. This has also played an important role in the healthy growing of the college students and the developing of our country. Training the college students’ subjectivity in the ideological and political education is helpful to promote the comprehensive development of their subjectivity, to promote the healthy development of the socialist market economy of China and to enhance the construction of China’s socialist harmonious society. The ideological and political education workers should change their education ideas on the needs of the times, improve the content of education, improve the teaching methods and create a good educational environment. We should stimulate the college students’ subjectivity in the ideological and political education and guide them to develop it by students taking part in class’ management, participating in various activities, participating in the formulation of the school-related management system, participating in all kinds of social practice, improving the school management system, strengthening their legal education, improving their lawful accomplishment, etc.
