静电—布袋复合除尘器在300MW火电机组中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国环保要求的提高,粉尘排放问题得到越来越多的关注,对火力发电厂除尘设备的要求越来越高;而另一方面,火力发电厂则要求降低厂用电,进一步提高经济效益。如何解决环保与经济性的矛盾,火力电厂是选用静电除尘、布袋除尘、还是静电-布袋复合除尘一直是人们关心的问题。本文首先对静电除尘、布袋除尘和静电-布袋复合除尘等三种除尘技术从技术上和经济上进行比较分析,对具体设备进行选型论证,再以某300MW火电机组静电-布袋复合除尘设备为研究对象,通过对静电-布袋复合除尘技术的原理进行全面深入的讨论,特别是对静电除尘方式对后面的布袋除尘方式的影响,从除尘原理方面研究静电-布袋复合除尘技术的优势。此外,通过实际运行测试取得静电-布袋复合除尘设备的运行参数,分析影响除尘效率的因素,提出了适应生产实际的改进措施。最后,运用最小二乘支持向量机对复合除尘系统进行建模,利用遗传算法对除尘优化支持向量机模型寻优,仿真计算表明该模型能很好地对以除尘效率为目标的复合除尘系统进行优化。所得到的除尘优化参数值,可指导运行人员进行参数优化调整。现场试验表明,按此基准值运行,可以提高除尘效率,从而使除尘系统性能达到优化。

【Abstract】 With the enhanced requirement of our country’s environment, the issue of powder release is getting more and more focus, with the increasingly enhanced requirement for the powder-removing equipment in the firepower plant. On the other hand, thermal power plants need to reduce the electricity consumption for the improvement of benefits. How to solve the contradiction between environmental protection and economic, thermal power plants have to make a decision which one is best, electrostatic dust removal, dust bag, or electrostatic-bag compound dust collection, and this decision has remained a concern.The text first compares and analyses electrostatic dust removal, dust bag and electrostatic-bag compound dust collection from the aspect of technology and economy, then making the demonstration of model-selection of specific equipment. Secondly, it takes electrostatic-bag compound dust collection of a certain 300MW thermal power as the research object. Through the all-around and deep discussion of the electrostatic-bag compound dust collection technology, especially the influence of electrostatic dust removal on the latter dust bag way, from the aspect of dust removal principle we study the advantages of electrostatic-bag compound dust collection technology. Besides, we practise testing to get the parameter of electrostatic-bag compound dust collection, analyse the factors influencing the parameter and summarize the situation of actual application.Finally, using least squares support vector machine to dust optimization modeling, and analysis of the model generalization ability, convergence speed and optimality results show that the least squares support vector machine applied to dust removal optimization model is feasible. Using genetic algorithm optimization of support vector machine model dust optimization, simulation results show that genetic algorithms can well optimize the dust removal model with the aim of good dust removal efficiency. The optimization parameter of dust removal can guide operators to carry out the adjustment of parameter optimization. The on-the-spot experimentation shows that running based on this parameter can improve the efficiency of dust removal in order to optimize the dust removal system.
