SD银行网银项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 由于全球经济趋向一体化发展,银行业务将会以更加多样化的形式出现,企业间的各种结算将会更加复杂和频繁,银行业的竞争也越来越多地体现在运用新的科技手段之上。怎样能将银行机构原有的计算设备和网络系统进行改造和更新,并建立一套更加先进、稳定而又具有较大的业务扩展空间的银行业务处理系统来满足当前及未来很长一段时期内的业务需求,提高工作效率是很多金融机构需要解决的当务之急。但因为因为银行的行业特性,决定了银行业对软件的要求必须是高质量、高可靠、高安全、高效率。而同时,随着社会生产力和科学技术的不断发展,计算机越来越贴近人们的生活,整个社会越来越依赖于信息系统的正常运行。如今计算机系统硬件已经越来越可靠,但由于软件系统的规模和复杂性增加,软件开发过程变得无法控制和管理,软件项目的的开发出现周期延长,成本增加,软件质量降低的现象。网银项目作为SD银行的一个重要软件项目,由于其业务范围广、系统架构复杂,而且开发的周期比较短,如何开发出高质量软件系统的矛盾已成为项目组当务之急。本文应用软件质量管理理论,以SD银行网银项目为例子,对银行软件项目质量管理进行了研究与分析。研究的内容具体包括以下几个部分:第一章阐述论文选题背景;第二章对软件质量管理理论和基于CMM的系统开发质量模型进行描述;第三章分析了SD银行网银项目的整体状况及提出该项目在软件质量管理上存在问题;第四章从项目计划、项目资源和项目测试这三个方面分析这些问题产生的原因;第五章根据基于CMM的系统开发质量模型,结合SD银行网银项目的实际,重点针对存在的问题,在项目计划、项目资源、项目测试等方面,提出开发高质量软件的可行措施。通过本文的研究,可以得出通过严格控制项目需求、合理规划项目资源和建立软件测试管理制度等措施是在既定时间内开发高质量软件的方法。本文的研究结果对提高中小型银行软件系统的质量具有积极的参考和借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Because the integrated development of the global economic trends, banking will be more diversified forms, a variety of clearing inter-enterprise will be more complex and frequent, more and more competition in the banking sector reflected in the use of new scientific and technological means on. How can banking institutions existing computing equipment and network systems to transform and update, and the establishment of a more advanced, stable and have greater room for expansion of business banking business processing systems to meet current and future for a long period of time business needs, improve the efficiency of many financial institutions need to address the most urgent task. But because the sector-specific because the banks decided the requirements of the banking industry for software to be high-quality, high reliability, high security, high efficiency. Meanwhile, as the social productive forces and science and technology continues to evolve, the computer more and more close to people’s lives, the entire society becomes more dependent on information systems up and running. Today, the computer system hardware has become increasingly reliable, but due to a software system to increase the size and complexity of the software development process becomes unable to control and management, software development project to extend the emergence period, costs increased, reducing the phenomenon of software quality. Internet Banking project as Bank of SD is a major software project, because of its business scope and complexity of system architecture, and the development cycle is short, how to develop high-quality software systems has become a contradiction between the project team priority.In this paper, software quality management theory, to Bank of SD Internet Banking project as an example of the banking software project quality management research and analysis. The specific content of the study include the following components: Chapter I deals with topics of the background papers; Chapter II of the software quality management theory and systems development based on the quality of CMM model description; Chapter III analyzes the SD online banking project’s overall situation and to make the project in software quality management problems; Chapter IV from the project plan, project resources and project to analyze the testing of these three causes of these problems; Chapter V, based upon the CMM system development quality model, combined with SD the actual online banking project, focusing on problems in the project plan, project resources, project testing, etc., put forward feasible measures to develop high-quality software.Through this study can be drawn through the strict control of the project requirements, rational planning project resources and the creation of software testing management system and other measures within the prescribed period in the development of high-quality software approach. This study results in improving the quality of software systems for small and medium banks have a positive reference and reference.
