【摘要】 随着经济的发展和产业结构的升级,大量工业废弃建筑面临着处理或重建的压力以满足新时代下的产业发展需要;另一方面,创意产业等新兴产业的萌芽与发展,又急需大批适合自身特征的建筑空间,此时工业废弃建筑改造为创意产业区,就成为可以缓解双方压力并同时带来巨大社会与经济效益的重要手段,因此对其进行深入研究具有重要理论意义和实践价值。然而就日前的研究进程来看,多数研究尚单纯聚焦于工业废弃建筑改造研究或创意产业发展研究,真正将两者对接起来的很少。所以本文试图在系统梳理工业废弃地改造为创意产业园国内外发展历程的基础上,深入剖析我国几个工业废弃地向创意产业园改造的典型案例,挖掘改造过程中的设计手段和实践方法,并总结我国工业废弃地改造为创意产业区的实践中存在的问题,提出发展思路,以期为今后的改造活动提供借鉴。具体来说,本文完成了以下三方面工作:1:工业废弃地改造为创意产业区的理论分析。第二章梳理工业废弃地改造为创意产业园的国内外发展现状及历程;第三章分析归纳这一改造过程中,对于建筑、景观及室内所采取的具体设计手法。2:工业废弃地改造为创意产业园的实践分析。第四章选取我国此类改造中,两个较具典型意义的例子:8号桥创意产业园和上海滨江创意产业园,做深入的分析。包括其项目背景、发展现状,以及其建筑、景观与室内的具体设计手法,并对各个实例所具有的不同设计特点进行剖析和归纳。3:工业废弃地改造为创意产业园的分析总结。第五章挖掘了工业废弃地改造为创意产业园的深层次问题,并对其发展方向作出了展望与分析。最后为全文的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economic development and the upgrading of industrial structure,large number of industrial waste buildings facing the pressure of handling or reconstruction to meet the new era of industrial development needs;On the other hand,the development of new industries such as creative industries needed a large number of buildings to fit their own characteristics Then industrial waste building into a creative industrial park has become an important means to ease pressure on both sides and also brought great social and economic benefits,its in-depth study has important theoretical and practical significance.However, the current research process, yet simple majority focuses on the research of industrial waste buildings or development of creative industries, the real study with the two sides are very little. Therefore, this paper attempts to sort out the system of industrial wasteland into a creative industrial park development course,abroad on the in-depth analysis of China’s several typical case that industrial wasteland into the creative industrial park,analyze the design and practice ways,summed up existing problems of China’s industrial wasteland into a creative industrial park in practice and proposed to develop ideas to provide draw lessons for the future remodel practicesSpecifically,the paper completed the following three aspects: l. Theoretical analysis of industrial wasteland into a creative industrial park in the second chapter,I summary the development course of industrial wasteland into a creative industrial park at home and abroad In the third chapter. I analyze the adopted specific design methods of architecture,landscape and interior in this transformation process2. Practice analysis of industrial wasteland into a creative industrial park In the forth chapter , selected two more typical case of such transformation in China,the No 8 Bridge Creative Industrial Park and The Shanghai Riverside Creative Industrial Park to do in-depth analysis Including its project background. The present development condition as well as its architecture,landscape and interior specific design methods,and analyze and summarize the different design features of each example3.
