磁性材料的超声波清洗机理及清洗工艺的研究

【摘要】 磁性材料在生产实践中有着广泛的应用,但是由于磁性材料本身的特点而导致其在加工过程中表面吸附有大量污垢,使用传统的清洗方式难以做到彻底清洗。磁性材料在加工使用过程中,尤其是在涂装前必须进行清洗处理,清洁度的高低也决定了磁性材料的性能和质量。随着磁性材料行业的发展和竞争的加剧,在磁性材料的制备和加工过程中对清洗质量的要求也越来越高。本文的研究重点是磁性材料的超声波清洗机理和超声波清洗工艺。设计制作了低频超声波清洗装置,对超声波清洗装置的声学系统进行了理论分析并结合负载下超声换能器的频率方程分析了超声波清洗装置的负载特性。通过超声波清洗实验总结了负载对谐振频率的影响规律,指出液面高度作为超声波清洗的重要工艺参数在很多方面都会影响超声清洗的效果,必须严格控制。研究了声功率密度、温度等重要工艺参数对超声波清洗的影响规律。通过比对实验分析了驻波和清洗介质的性质对清洗效果的影响。通过电子显微镜观察并分析了具有代表性的磁性材料表面污垢的性质。以超声波清洗实验结果为依据,针对磁性材料表面污垢的共性特点设计了超声波清洗工艺。在超声波清洗工艺中引入喷淋清洗克服了超声波清洗的不足,并根据低频超声清洗的缺点采用高频与低频超声清洗相结合工艺,可以显著提高被清洗工件的清洁度。通过实验室清洁度测定实验分析了清洗工艺的特点并验证了清洗工艺的清洗效果。

【Abstract】 Magnetic materials have been popular used in manufacture experience. But it will attract substantial dirt because the characteristics of magnetic material itself and it is hard to clean it up with traditional cleaning methods. Cleanliness of processing magnetic materials, especially before coating, decided the performance and quality of magnetic materials. Moreover, with the development and competition of magnetic materials industry, the requirement of magnetic material’s cleanliness during the processing is higher. This study focused on ultrasonic cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning process flow of Magnetic materials. Designed a low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning device, analyzed the load characteristics of ultrasonic cleaning device in combination with load ultrasonic transducer’s frequency equation. Summarized the relations between resonant frequency and the height of the cleaning fluid in ultrasonic cleaning, pointing out that ultrasonic cleaning liquid height, as important process parameters will affect the effect of ultrasonic cleaning in many ways, must be strictly controlled. This paper also studied the influence of acoustic power density, temperature and other parameters on the ultrasonic cleaning through experiment. And also analysis the standing wave and the nature of cleaning media effect on ultrasonic cleaning. Analyzed the nature of the dirt on magnetic material through electron microscopy and designed ultrasonic cleaning process of magnetic materials based on the result of ultrasonic cleaning experiment. Combine the water jet cleaning and high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning to the cleaning process flow may improve washing effect. Analysis of the characteristics of the cleaning process flow and checked the cleaning effect of cleaning process flow through electron microscopy.
